This is our first counter depth fridge and after a month I really like it. Great storage bins in the door and freezer along the bottom. Water and ice dispensers also work well. It has a very comprehensive menu system which stays hidden until you need to adjust something. Only complaint is that it seems to run a little cold, our sour cream was freezing when the fridge was set to 39 degrees.

Best Buy did everything possible to accommodate us. We had to reject 2 deliveries that were dented however the third refrigerator they brought was acceptable. No problems with it to date, however we had to turn up recommended internal temperatures as it was freezing milk etc on upper shelves.

I purchased this one in a hurry because it could be delivered in three days. So far, it works fairly well. It does have the highest quality or all the fancy features, but it does the job. Pros: 1. Run quietly. 2. Nice control panel Cons: 1. I can use some more space 2. Shelves can be more sturdy 3. Freezer door sometime doesn't fully and there is no warning.

Great product, loud when it refills the ice maker, however. I have not had any issues since delivery.

I read other reviewers that noted it was a little on noisy side and that is true. You can hear it running, it’s not overwhelming but it’s noticeable. Hope this one last longer than my Samsung.

Love this refrigerator---well designed and easy to store your food. I did remove one shelf, however to make room for more tall items. The best feature is the self closing doors. With french door refrigerators, occasionally the doors will "pop" and one door will be slightly ajar. Not with this one. When the door closes, it's closed and there's no need to give it an extra push! Hopefully it will be durable for years to come!

Great value but the ice maker should be bigger and hold more ice.

I'm so disappointed in this refrigerator. 14 months after we purchased it the Ice Maker failed. I called Frigidaire, and they said sorry, your warranty is only for 12 months. If I pay nearly $2,000 for a refrigerator, I expect the ice maker to last longer than 14 months. It is sad but true, that they just don't make 'em like they used to.

We bought this for my son's new home. Needed counter depth because the location of the kitchen island. Delivery was fine but was late for the time window they were working with. Everything went smoothly once they got there. He has been very please with the frig so far. Delivered 1 month ago.

We just purchased this fridge about a months ago. It fits perfectly and has all the features we were looking for. Very spacious, elegant looking, lots of storage space in the doors and has a flip up shelf for when you have extra tall items. We are very happy with this purchase!

Exactly what I expected. Only complaint is that the use maker is not very large.

We have had this new fridge for 2 weeks and so far so good! The only complaint, which should be easy to fix, is food in the back of the fridge gets frozen!

Not overly impressed this this model. At our summer house, we have the side by side model (had it for over a year), therefore decided to get the french door model for our home. The top back of the refrigerator freezes everything, when I asked the tech, he said it was normal as cold air lowers therefore all the cold air gets pumped to the top middle of the refrigerator. Then, we had an issue with the magnetic connecting rod that is on the right hand door to allow both doors to close properly. It kept jamming if you just opened the right hand door. A new part was ordered, tech came back out, it was replaced, but it still does the same thing. Then the door for the freezer keeps getting stuck, again, can't get that fixed. Having the ice chest in the refrigerator is great, but it just takes up too much space. The water coming out of the refrigerator is not cold (my wife hates this). Again, wished I ordered something better, especially for the money.

I was looking for a counter depth fridge since there are no standards i chose this one. Fits great, looks great and what a deal !!!!

This is an upgrade from the refrigerator that was in the house we purchased some 15 yrs ago. Everything about this one is better. From the water and ice dispenser on the door. The interior space is great as well.

We have had this fridge for a couple years now and unfortunately have run into a number of issues requiring service visits. Thankfully we purchased the extended warranty through Geek Squad, but that will be up next spring and I suspect we will be replacing a not inexpensive fridge long before I would have expected. Our fridge appears to possess an undisclosed freeze gun that it uses to annihilate vegetables, soda cans and jarred goods with regularity. Thus far the repairs (that I am very glad we are not paying for because they are expensive parts) have not been successful at thwarting its efforts to destroy the food it has been tasked with protecting. We also ran into the common sounding issue of the wheels that guide the crisper drawers breaking free from the shelf because the plastic mounts have degraded. Granted we have had to remove our vegetable drawer more than most to defrost the vegetables, but the fruit side has not had the same level of use and it too lost its wheels. The only way to repair it is to replace the entire shelf. We purchased this model because it was by far the most reasonably priced counter depth French door model at the time. For the price at the time, it came with decent features and the layout design is good. Absent the aggressive destruction of our food, I would rate this pretty well even with the wheel situation because replacing the wheels every couple years would still amount to less than it would have been to purchase one of the competing models at the time.

It's a great fridge. I like the drawer that has for fruits or veggies and deli. Not recommended for those who stock food a month supply, in my opinion it only holds a 2 wks supply of food.

Purchasing this fridge was probable one of my biggest mistakes. It has been problem after problem from day one. First the icemaker stopped working soon after purchase and that took literally months and at least 4 different techs to fix. Then suddenly a weird sound began coming from the fridge along with a burning smell. I highly recommend you stay away from this fridge and quite possibly this manufacturer. You have been warned.
