This was one of the few counter depth side-by-sides we could find. The quality of the stainless is great. It looks like it was made for out new kitchen. Does not show smudges as much as my last Whirlpool stainless. The icemaker works fine but it's storage capaciity is somewhat small since it's a counter depth fridge. We have a second freezer/fridge so it's not a big deal. One of the drawers is the fridge doesn't slide smoothly but it's ok. I was able to adjust it. I think I read that somewhere else. But, for the price this is good fridge. With coupons, sales, tax-free holiday, and reward zone, I got it for a lot less than most places sell it.

I really like this fridge. Counter depth is what we needed in our skinny kitchen. Minimal noise. One reviewer noted the 5 second loud noise and it is there once a day, maybe twice?. No big deal. New plastic drawers do stick. Drip some vegetable oil on your thumb and fore finger and grease the sliders. No big deal. Delay on the lights when doors are opened. So what. No big deal. Pack the freezer full like we do and you lose some of the light, but that's o.k., no big deal. Recommend running 1/2" copper pipe through the floor to a shut-off valve behind the fridge (if not already there) and then connect to fridge from there. Don't use coil splicing kits that will eventually clog or leak. Replaced a 40 year old Amana frost free. Hope this one lasts that long. Couldn't be happier!

This refrigerator is the perfect counter depth for any budget. It's better than the higher priced counter depth and looks great. The stainless steel is easy to clean and is smudge proof.

Great fridge for the price and counter depth. The space is okay for the doors being side by side. Overall would recommend this fridge.

This is a great counter depth fridge for the price. But it does make a high pitched whining noise constantly. If your kitchen is in a separate room, no problem. But if the kitchen is open to the living area this can be annoying at times. Inside has great space and I haven't had any other issues so far. I've owned the fridge for a month now. I love the look of it and it fits perfectly in my kitchen so I will deal with the slight noise it makes.

i like how it looks. it gets a lil loud for a lil bit but it doesn't bother me. ice gets stuck after i use the crushed ice option. i jus learn to not use the crush button. lol but over all its good.

This refrigerator is nice for the price. It is a bit noisy and took almost a week to make ice upon hookup. Functional, counter depth stainless steel without all the bells and whistles. The freezer side was pleasantly spacious! It was received with a dent on the side of the unit which was reported by phone and email to the store of purchase...never had the courtesy of a return call...the installers from Best Buy were both excellent, skilled, and beyond courteous.

We knew that it was going to be a little small because it is a counter depth unit, but given the price...we thought it would be a little higher quality. Don't let the "Gallery" name fool you, don't really see a difference between the regular Frigidaire and the Frigidaire Gallery...still pretty cheaply made. We can live with the quality, but what is a concern is the recorded temp. readings that I have been doing since getting the fridge. Using an infrared thermometer and a couple regular thermometers. With the temp set at the default 37, most of the time the fridge would read at least 44-47 degrees...obviously higher temps as you got higher up in the fridge. Setting the temp to 35 and we got it down to 41-43, but that is still too high in my opinion. Not to mention that it came shipped and delivered with bad Seals on both doors that had to be replaced via warranty by an appliance company the day after it was delivered. Seals are fine now with the replacement seals.

It's a counter depth fridge so I wasn't expecting a ton of space. There are plenty of shelves and 3 fruit and veggie bins. They probably only need 2 though. The bins squeak quite a bit when pulling them out. I'm going to "grease them up" at some point but haven't done it yet. They are difficult to push back in as well. The shelves in the door are useful but a little small. The ones at the bottom of the door are fairly useless for day to day items. You can really only use them for rarely used items. The water and "air" filters are at the top of the fridge and are kind of in the way. They use valuable space that could be used for other items. You need all the space you can get in a counter depth. The freezer again like the fridge side has the HUGE ice maker taking up a large portion of the top. That needs to me designed better. I knew what I was getting but there could be modifications that would make it more useful. The light in the fridge also has a 2-3 second delay before it gets to full brightness. I think they tried to make it "cool" but a regular light would have been better. Sometimes simple works better. So far it's a decent fridge for the money. ($1,099) Just know that it's designed to be smaller and you will be happy.

The fridge was the last piece of the gallery collection that we purchased. We loved all the other pieces, but this one was a bit lackluster. It's fairly noisy for a refrigerator, the ice maker is slow, the water dispenser is not very cold. Space-wise it's great, counter depth option is nice too.

Hey ejw01! Your refrigerator is designed to make certain sounds while operating. The icemaker produces at least 3 1/2 pounds of ice in a 24 hour period.Unfortunately the water coming from your refrigerator will not be cold and will most likely be the temperature of that of your tap water. This is due to the fact that the water lines have to run through heated areas of the refrigerator and will eventually pass through close to the ice maker to raise the temperature of the water slightly. If you desire water that is not as warm from the dispenser, we suggest calling for a full cup or two of water. I hope this helps! Should you need additional assistance, please don't hesitate to reconnect with us. Thank you, Courtney

the smudge proof finish is excellent, any mark on the outside wipes off clean. Has some different noises from the evaporator and ice machine but seem to have gotten used to it. The chiller drawer was sticky and squeaked but used a scour pad and vegetable oil on the glides and it is perfect now.

I like my fridge the stainless steal cleans up nicely with soap and water. One thing is when the fridge makes ice it is a bit loud

I bought this because I couldn't afford the refrigerator I really wanted. The counter depth is nice, it really looks good, BUT 1. The ice shoots out of the icemaker. It took a while for me to get used to and anyone new that uses it gets ice all over the floor 2. The plastic bins in the fridge are cheap. 3. It runs kind of loud. Not where you have to turn up the tv over it or anything, it just sounds old

Pro- I love how the stainless steel really does resist finger prints. It's not perfect as you can still see little spots but one of the main reasons I was apprehensive about getting this fridge was because of the stainless steel always having to be cleaned. I'm a believer now! Con- one of the drawers in the fridge is a little tough to open and squeaks when opened. I have yet to find something that makes it stop making that God awful noise. It sounds like nails on a chalkboard! Not really a con but the water out of the despiser flows very slowly. It could be a problem with my water pressure but it's worth a mention. Overall I would reccomend this to a friend!

We had the big brother to this fridge and it stuck out 8-11 inches. This barely sticks out past the counter and looks very clean. Really is smudge proof compared to regular stainless steel refrigerators.

This is a pretty good unit for the price. I would have given it a higher score but this was a second refrigerator for my house to use for filtered water, ice and drink storage. It never gets colder in the refrigerator section than 38 degrees even though it states 33. That is also considering it is only opened a few times a day since it is a backup unit to our main refrigerator. Also, the filtered water is never really cold. You can fill a 12 oz glass with somewhat cold water but the next glass will be warm. Not great considering most water bottles are at least 20oz. It is a sharp looking unit with style. The ice maker cover is difficult to remove to access the ice make controls.

It was a good buy and got it on a labor day sale with free delivery.. Now days you can drop a lot of coin on a fridge... As they make have all kinds of neat features, you probably won't use half of them once you get it home.. At the end of the day, it needs to keep my food and drinks cold. Hope this helps.

I love the look, and that it is counter depth. The drawers don't slide out easy at all. I really wanted the ice maker , but it jams a lot, and I need to reset it often. The temperature feature is easy to adjust, but it there is icing in the refrigerator compartment that is not necessary

I purchased the entire like of Frigidaire Gallery kitchen appliances to outfit a renovation for sale. Having fought fingerprints on my daughter's appliances, I wanted a set that was stainless steel and resistant to smudging. This appliance suite does the trick. They look good, work as they are supposed to and really resist smudging. Easy to wipe clean.

This fridge looks and preforms great. We were replacing an older counter depth fridge. Price and counter depth were our main concerns when choosing a replacement. Its louder than our old fridge. The noises it makes are different than we were used to. Getting used to it however. It would have been 5 stars if it was as quiet as our 24 yr old Kenmore that it replaced. Style and price are great, it has plenty of room for our family of 3. Free delivery is always a plus, The guys that delivered were awesome! Friendly helpful and above all carful.
