Good price for the looks, made by Electrolux so we thought good quality. It is quiet, and easy to operate, but we've had 3 sturdy glass tumbler emerge broken after cycles were over, and as mentioned above, had remnants of casserole still left on bakeware. The book says no need to scrub or rinse, machine handles baked-on food, but when washed on the heavy cycle we had to rewash the casserole with steel wool. The other machines that have jets in the back of tub that direct high pressure to the baking dishes to scrub em clean. called powerscrubbers or something close are best. This machine has spray arms on top, middle and bottom - total 3. This machine is advertised as being able to adjust the water pressure, but we can't - and it wouldn't matter if you have a mixed load. Lotsa pressure MIGHT clean a pot/pan/baking dish, but shatter glasses,. The machine cycles the top rack, then the bottom rack, and different cycle settings may be what they mean by adjustable pressure / we don't get it. DISHWASHER THAT IS LOADED WITH FOOD REMAINING WILL SMELL LIKE A DIRTY DISHWASHER AFTER CYCLE because one has to manually dump the food remnants and pieces of broken glass from the cup trap on bottom. Very good on just regular stuff, - cereal bowls, silverware, plates, etc., but for us, it's going back for a different machine - with the jets. We can't refer to other products here on this review, so cant say which brand we used to have. but it starts With a letter toWard the end of the alphabet and Best Buy carries it. So - even though our last major brand name dishWasher passed away after only 5 years (Wash motor broke down - a $200 part so would be $400 if you couldn't figure out how to do yourself) that consumer reporting magazine ( I dont know if we can use the exact name...of the mag ) gave our other brand good scores for reliability, so maybe we just got a bad one. They should last longer than 5 years - ya think? But if you don't like scrubbin, get a machine with the jets in the back of the tub - costs more, but we found that on sale, Best Buy has the best prices by far - over the other big box stores - the orange one, and the blue one - although the blue one comes close. But Best Buy matches. Hope this helps. Don't usually do this but wanted to share our usage history and save you some glass and scrubbin.... Good luck. Relax - Go run a hot bath or get in the hot tub for you Californians LOL and turn on the Whirlpool !!

For the record the Model # FDBB4365FB is the actual unit purchased. But this looks similar, I guess there trying to move on from the one I purcahsed.
That said I would never purchase another product like it. I was told to extend the warranty in the first service call. Now hoping to salvage another couple of months left then its time for a new dishwasher. There should be lemon law for appliances too! Items gone wrong.
1. When door is in the open position compresses control cable under the front door. This will bend the non SS door as it did mine.
2.The unit needed a service bulliten for the door seals.
3.Then a new controller in the door.
4.Up next pending my guess is the pump to drain, but we will see.
