Lasted 12 months before I had to have my first repair. Washer started grinding and stopping mid cycle. Getting Best Buy to come service with the Geek Squad Total Tech Membership has been a huge pain as well. The racks are flimsy and pop out constantly. They are not designed well to fit dishes normally and have a very odd setup. Not good for a family greater than 3

Does not dry well on any cycle. I have to wipe water off the door after I empty the dishwasher out.

doing a kitchen remodel and spa we had to wait ti install was delivered and when we opened it which was past the 30 day return policy ? it had a he dent in it overall have had the worst luck with Best Buy I would highly recommend buying from somewhere else
