This refrigerator was a great purchase from Best Buy. It is very big and easy to use. Lots of storage space inside with many unique features. The stainless steel gives extra class to your kitchen. Love it!

I like how spacious the fridge is and the water and ice dispensers work great. However the bottom trim piece will not stay on and is the most annoying thing in the world. Has a terrible design to clip on and will not stay on. This alone may have made buy buy a different fridge.

Good buy all in all could use better plastic on insides more durable but it's a nice pice for price

So far my only complaint is the noise the refigerator makes. Sometimes I think the noises are my cats, then realize the noise is from the refig. Sometimes the noise is off and on for an hour or so, and still happens when I open the refig or freezer door. Is this something I'm supposed to just get used to? Lower storage drawers are pretty flimsy and difficult to pull out.

I wasn't looking for a new fridge, in fact I was looking for a new stove. I came across this one. Even though it's no frills and pretty basic It does the job. You can hear the ice drop if your nearby and it's a new noise. It cleans very easy and has plenty of room in the freezer. I love the pizza spot.

The only problem I have with it is, it is very noisy. Other than that it works well.

I went to the store day after delivery to claim tears at freeze. Also, freezer is not too cold. And then service is programmed to 12 days later. Refrigerator arrived a month after pay.

After comparing all the major brands, the frigidaire gallery series was an easy decision. Great price without giving up any qualities.

Was a little skeptical purchasing an open box item but glad I did.... Because now I have the best fridge ever!

Best Buy has excellent prices on top quality merchandise. I have used them in the past and will continue using them.

The fridge is pretty solid. We shopped around a few days for a good fridge. From what most people said, Frigidaire, Amana and Whirlpool are basically all the same thing. However, I really liked the different models and options of the Frigidaire. To me, the price was great. Even the lower end model had great features, so if you were on a budget, you can get this great fridge for under $1000. As for any dislikes, I find the drawers to be "sticky" when trying to pull them out. My previous fridge has drawers that were on tracks, and it seems these drawers are not. I would recommend you look at them before you purchase. By no means does this affect the performance of what the fridge is supposed to do, but it may bother some people. The fridge does stay super cold and adjust quickly is I make any changes. The side drawers are pretty deep as well and for me that was important. The overall space was great. Most fridges I saw had 100's of shelves and drawers that just weren't functional or efficient. Most places had the same fridge for the same price, however, Best Buy seemed to be the best in customer service, plus I get the points. One thing that I really appreciated was the delivery service. Those guys were great and extremely helpful. They set up the fridge for us and answered all our questions...plus, it was delivered before expected. Overall, the fridge is a decent fridge with plenty of room. Doesn't have all the bells and whistle of some other fridges, but also didn't cost an arm and leg. It's a solid and dependable fridge.

Its quiet compared to the older Fridgaire models, but water pump works every couple hours to refill at random times. Good fridge, smudge proof. It came with the chill drawer getting stuck, but the temp control for the drawer is a great feature. I also like the control dashboard, although it would be awesome if I could control the temp of the water coming out. Unfortunately the water is cold coming out of the fridge, but then warms up and there is no way to get it cold again except for waiting... The ice maker backs up often. for taller cups or bottles the dispenser is no good

Picked this refrigerator because of its sleek design and the smudgeless stainless steel front. Also didn't hurt that at the time of purchase it was $999. This space is designed much better than the previous Whirlpool fridge I owned. However one thing you cant tell when shopping for these is how noisy is it going to be. This fridge has a very loud water noise when it is creating ice. It has has an intermittent high frequency humming that is very distracting. The motor is also very loud at random times almost to the point where I don't think its working properly. It will probably eventually get on my nerves enough where I will have a service technician come out and look at it, but for now it will just have to be something I get used to.

While we usually purchase high end names for our kitchen appliances, based upon the reviews, we decided to try this brand. The main motivator was finding an appliance that fit into our refrigerator slot. Yes, it fit with a quarter of an inch to spare and looked built in. We were told that we had to buy a built in model at extremely high cost. Those instructions were false. This refrigerator cost at least five times less and worked just as well. We are very pleased. We heard the stories of it being loud. They must have gotten a lemon as this refrigerator makes very little sound.

I love this refrigerator. Very stylish and works perfectly in my kitchen. I had wanted a stainless steel look but not one that was super shiny, this was a perfect match. Great space inside. The unit is a bit noisy (I think other reviews pointed out the same thing) but that not so noisy that I wouldn't make the same purchase if I were to do a rewind.

The unit is quite loud when it opens to dispense ice (presuming there's a magnet or something that pulls the ice latch), and it's slightly louder than other refrigerators when it runs. In all, though, it cools very efficiently. Storage space is more than adequate (family of 3). The finish and look are great!

So far, im happy with this purchase. I like how its smudge proof. No fingerprints will be showing on my fridge when fingers get all over it, easy to clean too. I definately recommend this fridge, great price!!

It's a good fridge for the price but it does have some quirks. One of the drawers is squeaky and the ice comes pouring out at when barely pushing the button. Very Spacious and the door shelves hold a lot.

Have a lot of spaces to stores everything you need for your family, just one problem is the ice maker too loud and sometimes if you stay home alone it could make you jumping up because of it. But its worth money for what you paid.
