I purchased this model & series about 6 years ago. Over time it has been slowly crumbling. For the price paid , I was surprised to see the internal shelves and plastic pieces break very easily. The pull handles are broken & loose and the stripping around the doors is splitting apart everywhere. I'm now looking for a new refrigerator because the fridge part no longer works and is reading 70 degrees. The freezer still works. I think 7 years is a short life for a high end refrigerator & it has a very "made in China" feel to the interior. You are better off getting a cheap simple fridge or finding a better made brand because all of the bells & whistles in this one are very poorly crafted & not made to stand the test of time. Big disappointment & 6 years of aggravation feeling like I've been ripped off.

Not a good buy

I am having the same problems as the last review. My seals around the door have all split. We ordered replacement seals were $120 . When it came it was only for one door. The handles are always coming loose and need retightening. The temp on the fridge now reads 56 but the freezer works. My ice maker is frozen over, but is turned off. We expected a lot more for the price.
