I ended up going through two ovens before getting one delivered that actually worked, after having to wait many months without an oven and no sort of reimbursement.

THESE OVENS ARE SPACIOUS, EASY TO CLEAN AND HAVE A VARIETY OF FUNCTIONS SUCH AS TIMER, CLOCK, AUTO SHUT OFF, ETC. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE.

AFTER DELIVERY PEOPLE DROVE AWAY, WE TRIED TO USE OUR NEW OVEN AND FOUND ONLY THE CLOCK WAS WORKING, WE WENT FOR MORE THAN A WEEK WITH A NON WORKING DOUBLE OVEN, DURING THE HOLIDAYS BEFORE IT COULD BE RETURNED AND A MORE EXPENSIVE KITCHENAID OVEN DELIVERED. SORRY, NO STARS ! Ease of use was great because it did not work.
