Had a problem with unit after 1 month. Had to call manufacturer to get it resolved. Had a bad fan motor. Waited a week to get the part and 3 more days to have it installed.

This oven is a $3,000 brick.
Frigidaire will respond to your bad review with "we are sorry your experience was bad, please call us at..." but they're not actually sorry and they won't actually do anything lasting.
We've had this oven for just under 90 days, it has completely shorted out twice now. The first time this happened, we waited for several weeks for the parts to come. Now it's happened again, and again we're still waiting.
We have a family of 7 who home cooks every meal and does not eat at restaurants. This is completely unacceptable for something I paid almost $3000 for.
Frigidaire is a garbage brand and this is a garbage product. Buy any microwave / wall oven combo except this one. When it functions, it functions very well. But at this point it's been a nonfunctional brick approximately equal time that it's been a useable oven.
Note to Frigidaire - don't respond to my review because you're not actually going to do anything to fix this and your feigned sympathy for the customers you're bending over is not welcome.

This was not a good purchase. Delivered in August, it worked well but ceased functioning on 2/10/25. Best Buy would have nothing to do it with it: sent to me to Frigidaire. Frigidaire sent a "dedicated technician," a local repair person who, after three visits, did not resolve the issue always having the wrong part. I called Best Buy again only to get an extremely rude person. I suggested that I would buy a different brand of the same oven/combo -even more expensive if needed- if Best Buy could offer a partial credit. My rude friend told me absolutely not, that I had talked for 6 minutes and that was enough, I had all the information he added, "call Frigidaire." Frigidaire is now sending a Sears Repairman... no joke. I probably will never buy a Frigidaire product again, and I am disappointed with Best Buy. I am a Total Tech member and have bought countless appliances from them. I hate to say it, but stay away and now I wonder about Best Buy. I am frustrated and disappointed.

Easy install…so far it works great. Time will tell but for right now as long as it continues to work I’ll be ok with it. Not a huge Frigidaire fan but this one fit my existing rough in opening. The oven I really wanted would have required major changes.

This unit lasted 1 week and lost power when using both microwave and oven. Had to wait 7 weeks for a replacement. It came damaged and power went out again using both units after 1 day. Now waiting again for a completely different brand. Horrible product and Best Buy hasn’t been very helpful either.

Great oven microwave combo. Love baking bread using steam bake and air fryer is really cool. Nice sleek design and simple user interface.
Quit working after 2 months. Can't fix or replace.

This unit only lasted for 2 months before completely going out. I'm currently over a month trying to get it fixed or replaced. The replacement part is unavailable everywhere and Frigidaire is no hurry whatsoever to send me a new unit. Best Buy only refers me back to Frigidaire, so at the end of the day I'm stuck with no oven or microwave.

Used once and it's dead. Waiting on a replacement because parts are unavailable. Very heavy item too if you have to keep replacing a fuse that is located in the rear.
