cool room quick and quieter then expected , can control from anywhere.

It does what it’s supposed to do and that cool off a room. It is loud like other reviewers have stated, but it doesn’t really bother me. I’ve never heard of a silent air conditioner. I like the app feature, I can turn it on, or off for my dog when I’m not home. It’s pretty convenient.

I have a very big main floor. This little thing impressed me with the heat we have had. My main floor is 1500aq ft. It is that fancy cement block builds in 1870s. So once it cools it stays cool. I love being able to use the internet with it

Great product pretty accurate temperature excellent to have and app and WiFi connectivity Allen from grill is nice and installation items were easy and nice and even an insulating panel to insert in the sides once adjusted to window. That’s a first I’ve seen

This was a great replacement AC. I use it in my bedroom. It has several settings, I use the Cool setting mostly. Installation was a bit touch though but you can't go by me since this was the first time I self installed an AC.

I would give this product 5 stars if the installation directions were a bit more clear. The unit runs very quietly even in the hi fan mode. The unit is very heavy so when it recommends using a buddy to help with the installation do it. I can not imagine installing this unit through any window not accessible from a ladder because you absolutely have to install the support brackets on the outside.

I like the idea that when I start heading home I can click on the app on my smartphone and turn it on. It's a little noisy but my other one was too so it doesn't bother me

This smart air conditioner is easy to use the app is very responsive and easy to use. It does a few seconds to load and recognize sometimes. Easy install, easy to use and I can operate from anywhere.

I don’t have central air but this is the next best thing. I can turn it on from anywhere and have my house cool by the time I get home so my electric bill stays low. This is the second one I bought

The Best A/C iv ever bought. Great to able to control with my phone. The app is a bit dated.

Had this for the summer last year, help keep the bills doing by not having to run the central ac to cool down the entire house.

Havnt had it for a full uear yer but so far so good. The apps a little difficult to set up but once your connected, its oretty simple.

During this hot summer we stay inside our bedroom as our home does not have insulation, this a/c keeps us super cool and the WiFi features are great with Alexa.

Bought this unit to cool my bedroom as needed and it did just that. Maintaining my desired temperature and the remote is sweet too! Have had no problems.

Great a/c. Very simple to operate. I love that the air comes out through the top, it's very quiet and quickly cools the room.

We purchased 2 of these ACs and have been very happy with the results. They are quieter than the previous one we had and seem to be very efficient.

This A/C unit is very efficient and effective at cooling the room very quickly and maintaining the selected temperature. Would purchase again.

Probably should have taken both back. Loud at times. Don’t get as cold as I would like. Unfortunately I can’t fit larger units in my windows. Already have filter warnings and I’ve only had the units in for 3 weeks. Look around for a different unit I think.
