I love the design of this unit.Very nice and modern.It works well and I like the fact that I can control it through the app on my phone.

I downsized from a 10000 btu ac to an 8000 btu unit, due to the fact that the old one was so huge it required a small army to lift it and put in the window. This new Frigidaire is light (for it's size) and amazingly efficient and actually does a better job at cooling my entire downstairs than the older larger unit. It is also much quieter and has a more modern and attractive look. I highly recommend this to anyone,

This is a great AC unit I would have been recommended I am going to purchase another one for next year summer for my other room

I like that it has a remote control and that the air blows up. But it takes awhile to really cool the air

This window air unit was very loud. I know window units are not quiet but this seemed overly loud. It did cool the space very quickly. Considering we put it in an area to cool that is about 350 so. Also the plastic was very flimsy & vents didn't seem like they would handle much pushing around.

It cools the rooms in my house amazingly and doesn’t use so much electricity so good for saving money

Not terribly loud. Not for people who want direct air on themselves as the ducts face up generally.

This was a score you can control it from anywhere with ease. It is a bit loud but really just a white noise

I bought this AC unit because of the looks and it is a name brand and the WiFi capability. Upon purchasing I assumed this would cool down my living room measuring 12 x 12. Well I was wrong!! This thing is a frustrating piece of crap. It is extremely loud, so loud that you would think it has extreme cooling capabilities. It never reaches the desired temp of 70. At times it seems like it just stops “cooling” since the air coming out of it feels lukewarm. I also regret purchasing this from Best Buy. 7 day return policy was a joke. Of course I gave the unit more than a week to redeem itself.... I regret doing that. I have had this AC unit for a year and same results as last summer.... Beware of this product!

This air conditioner was a bit of a bear to install, but cools our bedroom very quickly.

The Good: We’ve had this air conditioner for about a day and here’s what I have to say. It cools great! It blows air up and circulates it well throughout the room. I’m very impressed with it’s ability to almost mimick central air. This is much better than the Frigidaire we had that blew straight out front, but could aim up. Big difference here. The Bad: This air conditioner is loud! Besides the sound of the fan motor blowing, which is running a lot of the time (compressor or not), there is an annoying crackling sound that persists. It’s almost the same kind of sound that happens when water gets on an air conditioner fan outside, except it never stops. When the blower fan slows down it’s really noticeable and louder. It’s really annoying and I’m thinking of returning this unit on those grounds alone. Dear Frigidaire, why spend all the time and money developing such a fancy, Internet controlled, good looking air conditioner only to have It sound like a train wreck? Get back to basics and nail them first. Make it do a great job cooling (which it does), be reasonably quiet, and then add all the other things that make it a premium unit.

Great AC, keeps the whole apt cool. love the remote control also. quick and easy shipping was a big plus.

Unit blows ice cold and is fairly quiet. Built in wifi is handy.

Was looking specifically for a QUIET air conditioner. This is a good unit but not exactly quiet. Blower sounds like the Apollo 11 is getting ready to launch. So, pretty annoyed that the sales person told us that this would be a quiet machine.
