The top scratch's easily. The top burners are hard to adjust the temp. Even on a low setting it seems to heat to hot.

The oven does not cook the same as my last oven. I can't really explain but the circulating air makes your food sweat and stains the inside of the oven. It also takes a little longer to cook the same foods. The burner seems to cook faster so I have to use a lower setting than what I was use to using.
