Oven was suppose to come with spacers to raise oven and none were in packaging. Was told by Best Buy that oven would come with a 3 inch trim piece to cover open space on bottom of oven after install. It was not included in. I need to order extra from Frigidaire. Only have used oven a few times and has so far worked much better than old. I can not wait to use the air fry feature. Wished oven had more stainless steel and less black on doors.

The Oven racks are much nicer than my old oven and it comes with three and they are easy to roll in and out. However the control panel is a little confusing it is especially hard to set the timer and preferred temperature.

The gentlemen who delivered my product was excellent and very helpful. He assisted in getting the situation hopefully resolved with my oven

THEY REMOVED THE OLD OVEN - HAD TO THEM REMOVE THE BROKEN NEW OVEN AND 12 DAYS LATER I STILL HAVE NO OVEN AND BEST BUY IS TELLING ME THAT IT IS INSTALLED. THIS IS A CIRCLE THAT I CAN NOT GET OUT OF
