Bit early to really check how well it cools a very large room but it cycles through its different features. The remote is a fantastic plus for the unit since it is placed very high on the wall. excellent warantee

Works just fine, took a pro to install

Anyway, we had to get professional help. But they put it in just fine and it's up and working and even when it's as hot as Hades it really keeps the room cold. Much better than the Kenmore unit that had been in there that just croaked off!
