Overall this is the best electric drip coffee pot I have ever owned. It brews the best tasting coffee I've ever made at home and the controls are very easy to use and easy to view without having to find my glasses (ok, I'm an old geezer and need them). There is also a great deal of flexibility in it's use- you can select various temperatures for the warming plate (including off) as well as how long the warmer stays on. The drop head disperses the water widely over the grounds and the supplied mesh basket works very well. A six-pack of replacement charcoal filters was easy to order and only cost $20 (are you listening Krups?). Two minor complaints are that it's a bit difficult to add water to the reservoir using the carafe (especially when brewing 10-12 cups) and the basket doesn't prevent water dripping when the carafe is removed. Brew time is quite long using the "strong" setting- 15 minutes or so for 10 cups but the improved taste is worth the wait. SInce it tastes much better than the regular setting I only used that once and can't recall if it was much faster. Only fear is that it won't last- other reviews indicate the pot dies in less than a year. I've had mine for two months and use it daily. Hope it lasts because I love it!

I was looking for a coffee maker with a cone filter and overall this one has been great. My only complaints are the water tank openings are a little difficult at times to fill and as this unit has an LCD screen, I had to give up on my desire for a LED display, but aside from that it has worked flawlessly. I have been overall very pleased with this coffee maker

Like it better than previous Mr. Coffee. Includes gold filter, but I still prefer paper filters.

great coffe maker, gets coffe hot keps it hot,and it shuts off automatically after 2 to 3 hours.

We had this coffee maker for 3 months and it died. It was replaced under warranty, waited 1 month for replacement, so had to buy another brand and gave this one away. Coffee was brewed OK, timer worked well. Decent review in consumer reports. Buy another brand.

This makes a great cup of coffee, We can use less coffee for our preferred strong brew.

I bought this coffee maker for myself and loved it so much I bought one for my parents and my sister for gifts!

My last coffee pot dripped all the time and did not reheat. I like the reheat feature because we do not always go through one pot in 2 hrs. The carafe pours great, never spills. Great pot for the money. The self cleaning function works nicely too.

It works as described, put water and ground coffe in, push the brew button, and hot coffee comes out.

Coffee maker is way better than my last one.......

I mean this is the best coffe maker I have ever had. It's like big name name coffee in your house. Drips come from more then one hole, I mean the coffee that comes out of this maker is good.

Overall the best feature of this coffee maker is its appearance. As for how this coffee maker actually brews coffee, I am not overwhelmed. The water does not heat high enough to extract the deep richness of flavor from the ground coffee.

Makes great hot coffee unlike most coffee makers. My husband loves it. It has clock and you can set the coffee maker to brew at a certain time. Excellent.

The display and functions of the coffee maker stop working in the middle of a brew cycle. Will be returning the item.

I love this coffee maker. It does everything I wanted it to do and more. Unfortunately the only draw back is that the carafe feels very cheap, and may need replacing eventually.

This coffee maker is good so far, however, it is making sounds when it is in the heat keeping mood! Am thinking If this problem getting wors, I will exchange it.

Ive seen elsewhere a complaint about how slow it is but I haven't really seen it being something I would take points away for. Besides it has a pause and srve anyways so if you have to have the first cup asap you can. What I like most is its construction. it feels solid. I was going to buy another Cuisinart but the new ones just felt cheep. Beside this one matches all of my appliances in my kitchen.
