We really like this coffee maker. The warming tray only stays on for 2 hours, our old one stayed on for 3. But this is better in all other aspects.

I really liked how well this Coffeemaker brewed coffee. However, the one I bought lasted about 6 months and would no longer brew. Luckily it was still under warranty so I was able to exchange it for a new one at my Best Buy. Now the replacement has also quit brewing at the 6 month mark. I wasn't concerned when the first one broke. That happens on occasion. And they were more than happy to replace it. But two breaking in the same time frame leads me to believe there is a quality issue. Especially when it gets used just once a day.

Easy to fill with water, nice pour - no dribbles from spout. Good user interface allows you to control strength of brew, time hot pad stays on after brew, etc. Very user friendly.

This coffee maker is dependable and brews great coffee.

I really loved the coffee maker. Bought 8/11/2014 stopped working 12/11/2014 This pot made great coffee. Only last 4 months and it stopped working. Now reading the reviews I see it seems to be an issue. I always though Frigidaire was a top of the line product. Returned it to my BB for a refund and have to buy a different brand. Again I love the great looks and the taste of the coffee it made but I can't replace it every 4 months.. So my warning to you is if you do buy this hang on to your receipt. There is a 1 year warranty and my Best Buy did refund with a gift card. My last coffee pot was a Krups and it lasted 15 years. I drink a lot of coffee.

I loved this coffeemaker. Lots of useful features. Delicious coffee. But after 3 months it stopped brewing coffee. The display lights up but that's all. I did notice many similar comments at various websites. So I think Frigidaire has a design problem with this model.

My 1st maker of this Model broke just under a year of use. It just decided to stop brewing one day. The carafe still worked, and the program area lit up, but it wouldn't brew. Best Buy covered the coffee maker and I wanted the same one because of how easy it was to program and how quickly it made a 12 cups of coffee. I have now used my 2nd Coffee maker of this brand for less then 3 months and the same thing happen. Everything works, just wont brew again. Guess I have to find me a new Model now.

Very nice looking coffee maker, just does not make a real hot cup. I even tried using hot water, but it did not do a very good job. Took it back after a few days.

I loved this coffee maker until it quit working after less than 2 years. I've never had a coffee pot quit working on me. I thought I was buying a quality brand and I'm thoroughly disappointed.

This was a good coffee maker until it stopped brewing coffee before owning it for one year. It will power on but won't do a self clean cycle and won't brew coffee.

Replaced a Hamilton Beach model that lasted about three years with this unit. From the unboxing it was evident that disappointment was lurking around the corner. Having a heating element timer is a wonderful thing, providing that you can select the shutoff time of your choice. With this unit 120 minutes is the maximum, I would prefer twice that. If that were the only issue I could live with it, and even rate the product a resounding above average. Four months into the normal weekend usage only the heating element stops working. Contact the customer service department at Frigidaire to see what hoops would have to be navigated. It is now three weeks since the first contact and I have heard nothing.

So disappointed. This is my 3rd one. All seem to last about 9 months. Called frigidaire with the first one, said take back to Bestbuy. No issue. 2nd one quit, took to Bestbuy. Was told it was the last time they would replace it unless I bought the extended warranty- not! Why would I buy a 1 year warranty when Frigidaire gives you a 1 year warranty. It's all too bad because I love the coffeemaker. All said won't buy anything else from Bestbuy as a matter of principal. Guess I am going back to my $10 Rival.

This coffee maker was okay but it didn't last long. Broke down after 6 months.

Loved the coffee maker until it just stopped brewing. Steams all the water out of the machine and puts nothing in the carafe. Just a little over 2 years of use for $100. My $20 coffee pot was going on 20 years when I gave it away.....would've hoped for longer lifespan out of this unit.

This product stopped working after only a couple of months. Returned it to the store and exchange for a different brand. I do not recommend the coffee maker

Poorly constructed. I've had two of these and both quit working in less than a year. For the price I expected much better performance.

A coffee maker should operate for more than 20 months. The warranty was 12 months.
