Refrigerator was delivered June 6th and within 2 weeks I had to throw away entire freezer full of food totally by over $125 due to not freezing. I called Best Buy since it was so new and they referred me to a 3rd party service company- they came once and needed to order parts so coming back. Today is July 7 and I still and without a fully functioning refrigerator-awaiting parts on a brand new refrigerator-

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this product. I purchased this refrigerator and it lasted about 5 months. I had to sit with a broken one for over 6 months then the finally replaced it with one that has been broken since they delivered it. They now want me to wait for parts that are on backorder for a brand new refrigerator.
