We absolutely love our Frigidaire Professional refrigerator. We have a tight spot in our condo kitchen that must have a refrigerator with depth 28 inches and this was one of three compared. It is quiet, well lit inside and outside on the door water and icemaker and has two ice makers one for the door and one in the freezer, the ice cubes are smaller as I have heard from a friend who had the same brand her ice cubes jam up the fridge and she has to free them on occasion. It is easy to organize plenty of room and easy to see all. The fingerprint stainless steel exterior is easy clean as is the inside. I am and always have been partial French door bottom freezer much easier to stock. The two gentleman who delivered not only leveled our fridge so important think the LG that was previously here probably would have lasted longer but it always dipped back as our floor in that area is unlevel. They were careful professional and very experienced they even noticed the left door was slightly higher than the right and adjusted that. Wishing could remember their names they deserve a raise or bonus exceptional delivery and haul away! We gave them a horoscope and they deserved every penny. Love best buy you rock!

The Refrigerator has preformed well. There is plenty of space for things in the fridge and freezer. Both ice machines turn out lots of ice which is great.

So far this unit works well. It is very quiet. The only flaw so far is the ice dispenser does not work. Geek Squad sent a tech to repair it, but it seems to be non repairable. They are going to replace the entire unit. They were very quick to respond to our issue and there was no hassle in getting it replaced.

Super Quiet, Counter Depth makes for a better feel in our Kitchen. Lighting is very effective, Balanced.

I think that I am in love with this refrigerator! There is so much room, and everything can be clearly seen. It’s great to have so many different places to put things, while still having ample shelving for large items.

We have had the refrigerator for about a month now and are enjoying it! The lighting stands out to me. It is great. It is also quiet and feels bigger than the 22.6 Cu. Ft.

Storage space is maximized in this refrigerator. Love the look both interior and exterior. I true show piece in the kitchen without going the route of a built in.

I bought a Kitchen Aid fridge from my local Best Buy outlet. Had one scratch that I accepted for the discounted price. Arrived extremely dented and the delivery folks severely dented it on my counter when they dropped it off. Called Best Buy and they told me to return it and go pick out a different unit. They didn’t have the kitchen aid model so I went with this Frigidaire. The price was increased which I also accepted. I was told the delivery would take 7 days. I waited and on delivery day the fridge didn’t show up. I called Best Buy and was told the unit was in a warehouse and would take an additional 7 days to arrive. I waited the 7 days and on the second delivery day called back, and was told it was not being delivered. It was still in a warehouse and the unit I picked out was not the actual unit I was going to receive. Confused I drove to the outlet store and the fridge I picked out was still there. I needed up picking it up myself. Everyone I dealt with and or talked to had little to no knowledge of the events and happenings with my order. The customer service at the outlet itself was nonexistent. So much so that I had to load the fridge into my own truck. Needless to say I will never buy a refrigerator or any major appliance from Best Buy ever again. I was told I would receive compensation for my trouble and they offered $75 on a gift card after all was said and done. That didn’t come close to covering the groceries that spoiled or the meals I had to order because I had no refrigerator for over a month. The refrigerator is nice and I like it overall. But it’s not worth the trouble having to buy through Best Buy. Go to a competitor and save yourself all the headache.

Unable to choose zero stars. The refrigerator stopped working after 3 weeks. Best Buy would not do a return. Frigidaire has had techs to look at it twice but they could not fix it as Frigidaire did not have the parts for it. And Frigidaire has not replaced it. Living out of coolers and with jugs of water. If buying a refrigerator I recommend going to a local retailer with better service.

I love this refrigerator! It’s stylish and works perfectly. When you open it, you feel the cold airflow coming from inside. It blows away the much more expensive Samsung i had in every way. Excellent purchase.
