We bought this to replaced a gas range. My wife loves to cook and was a little apprehensive about the switch. We like how fast things heat up and how easy it is to clean. The correspondence between knobs and heating elements could be better. My wife left a lid o the stove. She was trying to use the bridge element on the left hand side and accidently turned on the element under the lid. There was no obvious sign the element was on and when she picked up the lid she burned herself.

I replaced my polluting and hard to clean 36" gas range with this induction cooktop, and absolutely love it so far!
It's amazingly fast to boil water and I like the physical control knobs, which make it easier to cook intuitively. Each "burner" has a display that shows its heat setting.
Biggest lesson learned is that you shouldn't put small pots on the big elements; it seems to work much more effectively when you match the pot to the element size.
I use my Ninja nonstick pan set, Le Creuset pot, stainless steel pans, and an induction wok on this cooktop, and they all work great.
My daughter loves it too, because it's safe for her to help me cook!

Two burners stopped working after one year. I loved this stovetop other than that. Hoping to get it fixed.

Pay more for fewer features, but in a good way.

I've tried a few different induction cooktops and this really is the best one. This has physical knobs so it works even when your hands are wet, cannot be said about other cooktops. There's no extra button you need to push to turn it on. Just twist the knob left or right. It beeps when you need it to and the beep is pleasant. Not too loud and not too sharp. Cooking performance is great. Induction stoves tend to have a ring shaped hot spot. This one is the most even one I've seen. It doesn't have too many extra features such as a timer, auto off function, or wifi. Also means you're not paying for extra functions which is nice.
The only wonky thing about this cooktop is that you turn the knobs counter clockwise to turn UP the temperature.
Best Buy has their information wrong about this cooktop. Per the manual you need a 50A breaker not a 40A.

This is my first time using an induction cooktop and I am SO impressed! It heats up and cools down amazingly quickly. I really like the non-push button analog dials. The only downside of this unit is that the glass top marking showing the location of the heating elements is pretty faint.

The build on this unit is very good quality. The knobs feel firm and are easy to control. Too bad a lot of old pans won't work with induction but those with lots of iron in them heat up nice and fast. The install is fairly easy however you need to order the granite kit separately if you don't have your own bracket fabricated like I did.

First induction. Louder than I expected, but might be more from pans in using. Nice even heat across burner and maintains temp setting nicely. Extremely fast to boil also. Much better all around than glass top it replaced.

Love the look in the kitchen, works well. The bridge element is not available on all similarly sized cooktops. Good value for money and if you want knobs as opposed to a touch screen this is pretty much the only option outside of ultra premium products.

We ordered this induction cooktop based on reviews. Our experience has been dismally bad. The unit was finally installed by a professional in August. Upon start up the unit had a loud bang and an error code. Service was prompt (within about a week). Parts were ordered and installed a week later with same issue results. More parts were ordered and again about a week later installed and failed. More parts were ordered and were supposed to arrive on 9/23, then delayed to 9/25, then no update about when they might arrive...service tech (very good 3rd party sent by Electrolux / Frigidaire was advised that manufacturer said that all parts can be replaced until nothing else works and only then will case be submitted for evaluation for complete replacement. This is not customer service. It has been over a month, with a brand new unit never used (to our knowledge) and still not functioning at all. We have no idea when this will be replaced, or better yet refunded. I wonder if I will ever hear back without taking more extreme action.
Maybe Best Buy can help?

PRO: the knobs- easy to remove and clean
CONS:
1. the "bridge" doesn't really work- it's like turning on two burners at once- their heat is limited to their sections- there is no spreading of heat beyond that, so the griddle we have is never evenly heated. I ended up just using two circular griddles instead, which is not what I wanted to do.
2. The single extra large burner doesn't heat well- it isn't centered over the cross pattern AND it doesn't boil a large pot of water quickly- I have to use the smaller burner.
3. Multiple burners that heat off center.
Kept thinking it was my pots, so I didn't use the warranty, but after using new pots, the issues are the same. Now the warranty is over. Sigh. A huge investment for a meh stove.

It is a nice looking and well reviewed Induction cooktop , but returned due too small to fit the cutout of our existlng Electrolux Icon 36” electric cooktop.. I originally got this Gallery 36” induction cooktop as replacement for the Electrolux unit, part of same parent company and for its ratings.
