This movie was ok not the best action movie but entertaining

The movie was worth seeing because the price was goood.

John Travolta is great in this movie, if you liked him in Pulp Fiction, your gonna like this movie This action film, directed by Pierre Morel (Taken), concerns young CIA agent James Reece (Jonathan Rhys-Meyers) who has a cushy day job but dreams of an exciting life in the field. When the agency offers him his first big-time assignment, James must team with crazed lone wolf Charlie Wax (John Travolta) to stop a terrorist bombing plot. Although James is initially in way over his head, he soon realizes that he needs to trust Charlie if he wants to live his dream and save his own life, because the bad guys not only want to cause damage to the city, but want James killed

This film won't win any awards, but it is the most entertaining film I have seen in several years. I knew nothing about it and had barely even heard of it before watching, but boy was I surprised. Everything from the humor to the car chase scene is tops and will keep you involved. The plot, while a bit shallow, is somewhat believable, but who cares. It's a fun movie. See if you can catch the subtle reference one of Travolta's classic films. I laughed my a__ off. If you like action and humor, you gotta see this. And don't forget to watch the Special Features. They are especially interesting.

Starts a little slow, but once Travolta shows up it's on!!!! He is so versatile, and this movie lets him play a little. Notice a few "subtle" references to PULP FICTION, and watch him bring Rhys-Myer (SP?) from young, naive agent in waiting to full on operative! Great entertainment, not too long, and nice ending. Definite watch!

I LOVE THIS MOVIE. IT WAS A LITTLE SLOW AT FIRST. BUT THEN IT TOOK OFF AND I WANTED MORE. I HAVEN'T SEEN ONE TRAVOLTA MOVIE THAT I DIDN'T LIKE. PULP FICTION WAS GREAT BUT FROM PARIS WITH LOVE WAS THE BEST TRAVOLTA MOVIE BY FAR. HE PLAYS A HELL OF A UNDERCOVER AGENT. IF YOU ARE A FAN OF TRAVOLTA YOU MUST GET FROM PARIS WITH LOVE. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT.

It was your classic action movie. Not unbelievable acting but good. Slightly predictable. Still lots of fun and laughs.

Unfortunately this plot has seen better days from better screenwriters. Travolta is absolutely the only saving grace here in my opinon. Rhys-Meyers doesn't fit the part or the movie and it was painful to watch him try. (Could have probably given it a 4 star without him). Good movie for Travolta fans but don't expect anything else.

It's full of action, has a great plot, great suspense, character personality, and fun dialogue. This is pure entertainment.

I love that it's not he same old action story. John and his support character have great chemistry and keep you involved.

this was a nice european style action movie with john travolta at his comedic best. the quality of the action scenes were good and the plot was lacking. sad ending to the movie. a prequel that sets up john travolta's character would be a much better film.

John Travolta was AMAZING! Love the attitude in the movie...funny too.

The main actor is a brit, but plays an American spy...need I say more?
