The Rolling Stones have released a number of early concert videos, and this is another great show. Seeing the Stones perform in 1971 at the Marquee Club is highlighted with the guitar playing of a very young Mick Taylor. This release also features bonus material; performances of Brown Sugar , and I Got the Blues alternative takes. The included CD allows one to take the concert with you, for additional pleasure, beyond the DVD format. If you like the early Stones, you'll love this DVD/CD combo.

I love these DVD CD combo packages. You can see the performance and take the audio with you and hear it again and again. In this case, the songs are from Sticky Fingers and Let it Bleed, some of the Stones' best all time material. There are Alternative take songs, which were never on the original albums, another special treat for those that like the non studio released versions. It is great to see the 1971 line-up of the Stones with Mick Taylor and Bill Wyman. A very special band , indeed !

High praise in you like the inmate setting of a club atmosphere. Much enjoyed and really impressed that they showcased Bobby Keyes on the saxophone playing. One of the few Texans (from Lubbock) that made it over to the other side of the Atlantic to play for years with the Rolling Stones. One of their best recordings from a club.

Im so happy that finally we get the from the Vault series. I already have the Hampton and Los Angeles concerts. These come with or without the cd. The Marquee club, is a great concert and if you are a Rolling Stones fan . This is a must for your collection. I bought the DVD CD pack. It's good to listen to the Cd's in the car. My next purchase will be the Hyde Park concert "from the Vaults"

This is another of the "From The Vault" releases of early Stones back in 1971 when they played at the Marquee in London. It was filmed for TV one month before the release of their "Sticky Fingers" album. It was the first time they played such iconic songs as "Brown Sugar", "Dead Flowers" and "B*tch" live. The program is short - just 8 songs in 38 minutes. The picture quality is excellent, considering it was shot on videotape. There are no major flaws with the images. Colors are sharp and images are crisp. Overall not essential for casual fans but a must for true fans.

Here's something long overdue: a rare club show from The Rolling Stones when they were at a point where they could do no wrong and every song they released was reinventing rock music over and over again. A mandatory purchase for serious Stones fans, especially for the truly intense live versions of "Midnight Rambler" and "I Got The Blues."

Superb Recording quality and performance. Best is that Best Buy gives $3.00 off the next Archive release. it is really cool to hear the stones in a smaller setting, a little more intimate. nice to hear some flaws, too.. more realistic. Captures them at a time when they were about to reach their finest period

What can you say about the Stones? These guys are in their 70's and still are a band to be reckoned with. They have finally begun releasing historic performances from their vast history and this is a good one. Buy it and enjoy watching Keef, Charlie, Bill, Mick Taylor and the other Mick in action.

I was actually surprised by the video quality on the dvd. Very clean and sharp with great sound. A great little gig to watch as the band was hitting its stride and earning the title as the world's greatest rock and roll band. And a cd to go along with the video. That's just icing on the cake.

I really feel that this was the Stones at their peak,1971. So I'm very excited to have this CD/DVD set. Get up close and personal with the band recording a TV special in front of a small audience. I'm pleased at the video quality, it is superb. Highly recommended!

Great footage of the Mick Taylor era. The audio disc is excellent, they clean it up nicely. The video portion has clean sharp footage. The real bonus is the Stones playing in a small club at their peak.

For stones fans this is a must buy. A great document of where the stones where at in this point of their history. Recording is decent and performance is very good. The selections for this date are wonderful. I also enjoyed the DVD.

A rare live performance of "I Got the Blues" and unique version of "Satisfaction." And this version of "Midnight Rambler" further illustrates why the late- 60s-to-early-70s is the Stones' absolute peak.
