Purchased for grandchildren to add to their never ending collection of new release movies to watch at home along with in car on road trips! They saw it at the movies when it first came out and absolutely loved it! Now they can watch it as much as they want at home with friends too!

I know viewing habits seem to be going towards streaming, but there is nothing like pulling the box off the shelf, looking at the artwork while waiting for the disc to load. No burps like with streaming. 4k quality was excellent. I like the music from Froz1, but my kids disagree.

I was saddened to hear that you had just returned some dvds back to warehouse. When a sales person told me how to order it online i was very pleased. It came in just a few days later and made my granddaughter very happy. Thank you for your excellent service.

Absolutely loved this movie! Be sure to watch Frozen the first movie so that you will comprehend what and why things are going on in Frozen 2. Not just for kids, this movie, adults will love it too. Great animation, and color.

Donald and Burt were awesome. During the process Donald explained what he was doing and at the same time educating me to better understand this technology. Thoroughly enjoyed the interaction with them. It is apparent they make a great team and are totally expert technicians.

I'm not typically a fan of animated Disney sequels, but this one was really good. It wasn't a re-telling of the same formula from the first Frozen, which was nice. It furthered the story and hit all the notes I hoped for. Chex this one out, if you enjoyed the first film.

I thought this was actually a very good movie. I am not sure that I liked it more than the first, but it was cool how it all tied together with the first movie. LOTS of funny moments that made me laugh. I love you OLAF!!!!! Buy it. Rent it. Watch it. You'll enjoy it.

After finding out that Disney plus wouldn't have this for 6-7 months, I thankfully was able to grab one of the very nice looking steelbooks so my daughter could begin her mass rewatching of this movie! At least I will get a break from the others she has watched 25 times!

My 3 year old daughter saw the Frozen II display when we walked in to Best Buy, now she is the proud owner of this movie. She watches it almost every day. As for the movie itself, it's ok, alot of singing as is expected. The songs from the original were alot more catchy.

Fast delivery on our preorder, well before release date and the granddaughter can enjoy it three ways, at home, one copy left in van for trips. And the digital copy is great too. I always buy movies for the granddaughter this way. This movie is a wonderful Disney movie.

This movie will not disappoint the kids. It is just a great as the first Frozen. Initially I thought that the second could not live up to the greayness of the first however I was pleasently surprises. So far my kids and I have watched this movie four times. Great Movie.

I saw this at a movie theater and was amazed at how incredible it was. The storyline, music and animation were excellent! I bought the blu ray not knowing what to expect, but Disney did an incredible job with both audio and video quality. Buy this! You won’t be sorry!

This was a fantastic movie! It’s not just a movie for the kids, but also the whole family! It’s filled with heart felt emotions and realistic situations. Definitely a movie I would recommend to anyone and everyone! I also loved the customer service provided by Best Buy!

Loved watching the movie and I especially loved that my set came a few days earlier than expected, believe me for all your movie needs choose Best Buy they will not disappoint, also watch the movie, a lot of great people put so much passion into this film and it shows.

Excellent quality movie with great characters and I'm maturing storyline from the first movie. Great music and visuals and a cohesive story that I just couldn't wait to see again! Great that is on Blu-ray and DVD so that I can watch it anywhere. Digital too!

My daughter had us rush to Best Buy and they did not disappoint. In stock, and on sale! We did not believe any Frozen movie could follow the original, bit Disney figured it out. We reccomend this movie and you'll have to watch it 2x to catch all the extras Disney hid.

A very nice alternative to the regular packaging available. . Hardcore fans will look for more definitive versions but this worthy enough for the casual Disney collector. Nice artwork but no additional content. A must have if you purchased the original in steelbook.

Frozen II was a hit! I love the cast the show a lot of humor fun and excitement. The characters are so funny including Olaf one of my favorites and Elsa going into the unknown is a song I can’t get out of my head and worth watching again and again!

Frozen II does a halfway decent job of coming close to matching the awesomenss of the original. The only problem I have is that they overdid the songs by one or two depending on how you look at it. And while the plot answers many of the questions left over from the previous movie it is also a tad bit more complex than necessary. Other than that Frozen does live up to the hype and Olaf the snowman voice by Josh Gad gets more screen time in this one which I found to be hilarious and enjoyable.

There are few movies that have great sequels but this is definitely one of them. I went to see it in the theater twice, but could not wait to own it! A must own for parents who are tired of the “Let it Go” phase and are ready to usher in the “Into the Unknown” phase.
