I bought this set because it was cheaper to get Frozen Planet in this than it was separately. As always BBC documentaries are absolutely breathtaking in full HD, the only thing I don't like is the americanized version of Life narrated by Oprah, why they chose her I have no idea. Luckily I already have the David Attenborough version. I recommend this set only for Frozen Planet and the price. Unfortunately due to Oprah I can't give this 5 stars.

I saw all episodes of Frozen Plant on PBS. It has amazing cinematography and color. Can't wait to watch it in Blu-Ray. The information portrayed was super. The knowledge and information delivered is a must for all ages, especially the younger children who have no idea what happens on the other side of the world.. Can't wait to watch Life! A must for any age and household!! Let's educate and amuse the children with something other than violent gaming. Price for this 2 set it great.

I am a huge nature lover, and have been an enthusiast of all of the "Earth" series': Planet Earth, Seas of Life, The Life of Mammals, Frozen Planet, etc... But Oprah has no business narrating these. She ruined Life. I had to hunt to find the BBC version of it with David Attenborough. Great products, I wish she would stick to daytime TV.

You cannot beat BBC products for entertainment and educational value. Best Buy has offered a great value for this product set.
