This is a very sad movie, my sixteen year old cried during the movie and was very upset to see a young black man killed who was trying to get his life together. This movie truly depict the times that we are living in today and how easily we are stereo typed. To think that our legal system can be so corrupt in an effort to cover up wrongful doing of officers, truly give the decents ones a bad name.

One of the best for 2014. I loved it. It's also very timely since it a powerful true story of a white police officer shooting a young black who's trying very hard to get his life back in order. The incident happened at Fruitvale Station on San Francisco's Bart Railway in 2009.

Sad to see how the system failed. You have a incident that had many witnesses, recordings and then too see little justice being done. It just made the whole police force, city, community all of the above look bad. When I know there are good police officers. Young people a must see

Well directed but heartbreaking true story of a senseless act. Ryan Coogler and Michael B Jordan showed us what thei collaboration could look like. Stand up supporting cast.

I remember when this case happened when I was a senior in high school. I feel like the movie showed us what led up to what happened. This movie is really good

"Fruitvale Station" is a fantastic film based on a devastating true story, featuring superb performances and is an amazing first effort for director Ryan Coogler. The Blu-ray is great as well, aside from the lack of a better supplemental package.

I loved this movie because it was so real. The actors did an excellent job portraying their characters. Hopefully this will serve as an eye opener to people that racism is not dead and we can still make a difference to change the world.

A young man trying to take care of his family when he is shot and killed by a careless cop on an ego trip. this was a real eye opener on how police believe they can treat people poorly just because of where they live and how they look.

The acting in this movie is incredible! Michael B. Jordan is my favorite up-and-coming actor in the industry right now. For anyone who knows of the story, the movie unfolds scenes just as how you would imagine them to have happen.

I really enjoyed this movie. It made me research and read accounts from the real life story. The actors did a super job in portraying these people. They made me connect and really care about them and their lives.

Fruitvale Station really helped me understand the difficulties that come from living in the bay area. It makes me feel for people who are stuck in bad situations where they don't get fair respect from police.

the story line was great and told the story of what happen to this young man. Made me a little upset, since it was base on a true story wanted to see it. The young man that had the lead role was really great.

Really enjoyed the emotional journey this film took me on . Micheal B Jordan embraced the character the way Denzel embraced Malcolm X I felt his frustrations his Joy and Pain great movie real eye opener.

This was a great emotional movie. I am so glad that the director was not intimidated by doing this movie, he did a great job. It was a sad outcome but also showed you the reality of what happens in life.

This movie tells a real story about what happens when people are stereotyped. A young Black man, in the wrong place at the wrong time, misunderstood by the police, and killed 'by mistake'.

One of my favorite film of 2013. it really tells the story of a human being who's life was cut short because of injustice within law enforcement. I would advise anyone to watch the film.

Very emotional and thought provoking movie about the events that lead to the terrible events of the evening at Fruitvale Station. Makes you think about the times we continue to live in!

Michael Jordan is a wonderful young actor who brings to life the real life tragedy of a young black man in San Francisci who despite eforts to turn his life around meets a sad end.

Very well-acted and disturbing film , it is a shame in Society that people can't be treated equal.
