The 3.5 mini jack gets intermittent and drops Bluetooth. I had to keep plugging it in and out to make Bluetooth work, but it wouldn't stay. Looking online, I am not alone. I contacted Fugoo, and I need to send it back for replacement. Had 6 months. Unbelievable sound though!

During the 3rd or 4th time using the speaker it started switching on and off on its own. When switched off, it would randomly switch on without touching it and vice versa. The speakers controls didn't seem to work! After contacting Fugoo, they quickly responded with the return details to replace my speakers. Though I followed the procedures correctly, their contracted carrier lost my speakers. It has been three months since I shipped it as per their customer service's instructions and they do not want to take the accountability of replacing the speakers. It is very frustrating that I still didn't get a refund or a replacement to the faulty speakers, which i hardly used. I hope your experience is better than mine!
