Decent camera with the updated touch screen. The kit lens is not its best but would definitely do its job as a start for entry level photographers.

Great value for an APS-C

A great compact APS-C camera with excellent image quality especially for the sale price. 4K video from the full sensor is good, but I get an overheat warning about 8 min. into the 15 min. limit. There is in-body image stabilization and after I got a 35mm f/2, I realized the benefits of the faster aperture (but without IBIS) are negated by having to use a faster shutter speed to reduce blur. I can actually shoot at about 1 second with the kit lens, but 1/20 sec. is about the slowest I can go with a non-stabilized lens. IBIS in a camera is now an important thing for me.
I usually use back-button focusing, but you can't assign AF-ON to a button, but you can use the touch screen when in manual focus mode to achieve the same ability. The 15-45mm lens is very sharp for a kit lens unlike the last kit I had from Sony. There are a ton of features I didn't cover, but you can look up some detailed reviews on that.
Overall, you can results that are as good as any of the top APS-C cameras out there especially if you're an advanced user. I would highly recommend waiting for the (more expensive) Fuji X-S10 that has IBIS. Then you can use any lens more easily and if you prefer, an X-Trans sensor vs this one's standard Bayer sensor. It's also got a better grip, can be used more easily on a tripod and can record video for 30 min.
Last bit, I compared the Fuji's 4K video quality vs the iPhone 12 Pro and Samsung S10e in low light and the Fuji easily won with its buttery smooth and clean video compared to the noisy splotchy mess of the iPhone 12 Pro and the slightly better, less processed looking S10e. On the phone screens, they looked fine, but viewed on a bit 4K HDR monitor the Fuji, like most current large sensor cameras, are still way ahead, at least in low light video.

This was my first camera and it was phenomenal. I love photography and usually use my phone, but when I have the chance I bring my X-T200. The interface is simple to use, the screen is amazing, and it takes excellent photos.

Great camera, light weight; excellent image quality. Love it, and works well for a beginner to indeterminate. For the promotional price of $500, this is a great camera. One of the lovely screens I have seen! Easy to use, including selfie mode!

I switched from the Canon Rebel DSLR camera to this camera. At first I was really upset with the app for wireless transfer, but you have to reset and tamper with it a bit and it'll work fine.
Video looks great, and especially the pictures.
Video has a max of 15 minutes for the clips, and the audio is a bit dry. But you can connect a microphone to it, and it'll fix that.
Great size, don't know why people complain about the light weight, it is optimal if you want a good traveling camera

Great camera/webcam

I'm a pretty unusual buyer here. I bought this because the webcam in my laptop died and no good webcams were available. My work laptop doesn't allow installation of unapproved software. This camera saved the day. You can connect it without any additional software and it works perfectly. Quality as you might expect is perfect. And you get a solid camera as a bonus.
The only negative I've found is that you can't charge the battery and run the webcam at the same time. My understanding is that you can get a few hours of usage on a battery and that you can buy a battery and charger if you need more, or modify it with a cord that will provide AC power. I only occasionally need the webcam so that wasn't necessary for me.
I have it mounted on a small, cheap tripod also available from best buy for $10.

This is my first mirrorless camera, I grabbed it on sale for $499. EXCELLENT deal by the way. The video it records is beautiful and the photos are great, better than a point and shoot and rivals a DSLR. The kit lens is fine. Thankfully Fuji glass isn't as expensive as Sony. If you can get a deal, go for it. Totally worth it. It's really light, the body is made of plastic, but it feels totally fine in my opinion.

The camera works as well as my xt-20 with a much brighter and more useful screen. The PZ kit lens provides excellent results even though it is modest looking. Plus, the camera is amazingly light. So, why not five stars? My only gripe is that the overall feel of the camera is delicate and not sturdy, likely due to different materials and plastic, so I am giving it to my son-in-law. Perhaps it is a bit too light.

You won’t get what you want straight out of the box, But once you get rid of the kit lens your going to see magic.
It records video in 4k takes pictures in jpeg or raw.

The camera is easy to use for beginners. I would describe it as a really good transition from phone to camera for those looking to get more into photography. The camera also has more settings you can start playing with as you get more experienced with the camera and photography settings. Additionally, the camera is really lightweight.

I LOVE this camera. Needed to replace my a6000 and fps during continuous burst capture was my main priority. Not only does the Fuji perform well, it’s got more features than the a600 for a similar price.

I considered a lot of different cameras before deciding on this guy. And it's exactly what I was looking for. Crisp images, good battery, good video and it's easy for a beginner like me to use.
If you're considering this one, go for it!

I just got this camera a few days ago. I'm still getting used to it. I couldn't find this in any store in my area, and I was worried about buying it without feeling it and seeing it in person. It's blown me away for how sturdy and comfortable they made this camera for such a small size. I have big hands and I was worried that it would uncomfortable or an awkward grip. I wish it was a deeper grip but I think most people will find it good enough. The video and auto focus work very well. I have to get used to the settings, I've only shot with a phone and a very dated point and shoot. I'll update again when I get a better understanding of the settings and get a good idea how versatile it is.

Good camera ,fantastic photos , menu options are more than you could get to use. You must get to know this camera by experimenting with it . I like the various film settings to get different looks . The sr setting is great for the point and shoot times. The only thing is the lens could have been a longer focal length maybe like the Xf 18 to 60. The view finder is crystal clear and the 180degree flip screen and menu control are a big plus also. I like to retro look and feel of the camera too.

Great beginner camera!
Build quality is awesome, looks are on point, interfaces are fairly intuitive.
Pros: lightweight, great sensor, great lens ecosystem.
Cons: Not as many customization options, cannot set a button to lock autofocus, this means the shutter button has to be half depressed and held to lock autofocus at a certain point, kind of a pain.
Overall, great camera for beginners, for the price point there might be other options.

I could ask for nothing more with all the different modes. Also the images are clean as glass, even when you zoom in. But the battery life is short lived. We took it out camping with us and my Daughter took pictures for a few hours here and there. In that short time it needed to be charged which took a little over an hour to chager. If they could fix this I would give this camera 5 stars
