I received a severely damaged pop box in addition to the item not being as pictured. Item is an actual plain Ballora. I should have read the other reviews. BB please change the picture.

The photo for this product is not accurate. The photo is of a Chase Limited Edition Ballora. When the product received was a standard Ballora.
The product is great; but the Best Buy website is shill. Caveat Emptor.

I'm never buying out of here ever again as many times as I order pops and I've been collecting for two years have I received anything this badly anyone buying this this is not a chase it's a plain normal balora and not only that it seems in a bad condition
