I am a big Funko collector and I've been waiting for this whole Critical Role line to come out and I'm glad I got my hands on this exclusive. Shipped great if you are a in box collector. Very excited to start this set.

Big fan of Critical Role, and when I heard this was coming out I had to get one. Online purchases sold out in seconds but luckily they restocked it! My packaging was a little busted when delivered though.

The product was well-packed, but the box appeared to have previously been opened. When I opened the plastic clamshell the figure was not connected to the stand. The issue was either a defect with the glue, or it was removed removed from the box and broken prior to shipping. This is really disappointing being a sold out limited edition item.

I was worried I wouldn't be able to get one of these because of how quickly they sold out. I was able to get in on a restock and love it so much! Curbside process was so easy.

Great figure, especially if you're a Critical Role fan. I'm glad I didn't keep it in the box though, because Best Buy put their pick-up sticker right on the front.

I'm an OG fan of Critical and I've been wanting to get this flying Vex to help complete my collection of CR Funkos. I'm so happy to finally have her!!

Beautiful Pop and such a great character from Critical Role, but I will NEVER buy Pops from Best Buy again, ESPECIALLY if it's the only thing in your order. Best Buy shipped it in a box that was too small, so when it arrived it was smushed. (top and bottom lids both bent and popped out like a stick of cookie dough that had been stepped on) The Pop itself is fine if you take them out of the box, but who does that? Reviews should be about the product itself, not the place you purchase... it's not Vex's fault Best Buy doesn't take care in shipping.

It’s so cute!!!!! Bought it for me and a gift for a friend since we are both obsessed with Critical Role! Can’t go wrong with this one.

Could not believe this was available after how long it had come out just happened upon it and very happy and thrilled with my purchase.

Vex'ahlia is beautiful and in pristine condition. I had heard reports from others that she had arrived with some broken parts but mine didn't

When I couldn't order this on ComiCon store, waited for Best Buy to purchase. Heard about boxes being broken or damage, but mine came perfect!

I dont recommend buying pops at best buy, specially if you like crispine boxes, their packaging is not the best

If you're a fan of Critical Role, and can, get this! Pretty standard pop quality. Nice details, and good stability.

The pop itself is excellent but packing was poor and box was damaged. Kevin Sorbo Hercules voice: "Disappointed!"

Came in excellent condition no problems with the pop or outer box
