Great Product, Mediocre Shipping

The item's box was smushed and banged up. I know many other fans are having the same issues and doing a return is unlikely to result in a better product. It is a shame that more care isn't taken for collectors' items.

Awesome figure from a favorite franchise.

If you are a fan of critical role, then you will love this figure. My only gripe is the big sticker that Best Buy slapped on it. They need to find an alternative for marking a customers order when it is a collectible that most consumers want to keep as undamaged as possible.

Funko has captured perfectly the spirit of Vex riding her broom with the witch's hat that Scanlan made her promise to wear. Absolutely adorable. I recommend as Best Buy has the best price for this Pop.

Worth the Wait

Saw many horror stories from other fans that shipping destroyed the box or damaged the item, so I went into the store to select one without blemishes.

Second time was sent right.

First time box was a pick up and it was smashed and she was damaged. Second time I ordered through shipping and they placed in a box with lots of air packs so she showed up safe. Great figure!
