Luckily the funkos themselves didn’t suffer any damages but if you’re a collector, this is horrible.

Immediately said I don’t want a destroyed product. He said sorry we don’t have any other ones and when I asked for a refund he insisted I needed my Best Buy credit card on me and that if I didn’t have it on me I had to apply for a new credit card which would than tell him my card information to put in. The employees at my local Best Buy are so sketchy.I’ve also had 2 other collectibles sent to me damaged as well.
