    I love charizard, one of my top 5 of all time pokémon. I thought about returning though since I have the jumbo one as well

    Box was severely damaged and the employees were extremely rude about me returning a collectible item because of the box being damaged . Very disappointed.

    This is for my daughter for Christmas and I’m so excited to give it to her. This item sold out so fast everywhere and I was able to get it at Best Buy. I ordered online and picked up in the store, the associate complimented my purchase and was very friendly and happy. Positive experience from beginning to end!
