    The Deadpool Funko pop arrived in a timely fashion. UNFORTUNATELY, it was packaged along with a Funko Golden Girls game in a plastic shipping bag, and the package of the Deadpool pop was crushed. Being a collector, I like my collectables as close to mint until I decide to open the package. Not to mention, I had purchased the pop as a gift for someone. I'm waiting on a Vintage wave Marvel legends grey beast that I preordered. I hope Best Buy packages the Beast in more appropriate packaging. Btw, the pop itself was undamaged. I don't need your 25 points either.

    It is not a shipping issue coz the box was already damaged before shipping. I am very upset.

    This was pre-order on the first day it was out then 2 month later you couldn't get it

    It was a pick up order. Box was completely damaged. I didn’t want to take it, but the system could not process the return. I came back later, same issue. I tried calling the 800 number, and after an hour, the call got disconnected. Finally I went back to the store again, and the return was processed. Bad experience.
