Shipping and Store Pick up fail.

When I ordered online for delivery I thought well hopefully best buy will package this correctly this time as UPS always fails to care for package and not surprise item arrived damaged. Then I thought lets buy at the store, excited to pick up again I was surprised with a poorly conditioned item, which I can't believe Best Buy accepts a product in those condition and then sell them to consumers at full price specially a collectable item, I continue to be disappointed at how Best Buy treats collectable products and doesn't package them well nor do they can for the contain of the item being sold in-store I loved the product itself but due to conditions that is why I rate this 1 star.
