Don't Order Multiples - Styles Not as Pictured

I got three of the same character - Poe Dameron. He wasn't even pictured in the options on this page. I consider this to be product not as ordered.

Be Careful

No where does it state that multiple quantity would be the same figure. I ordered 3 thinking I would get 3 random figures, instead I got 3 of the same figure. It does state I may get a duplicate, but this doesn't state anywhere that all the figures would be the same if in the same order. If I knew that I would of not ordered all of them in the same order. Just an unhappy online shopper venting...
