Classic film with Barbra Streisand

CANT WATCH DVD IT WONT PLAY

SO SO DISAPPOINTED I THREW AWAY MONEY ON SOMETHING THAT DOESNT WORK. The little cd image just blinks and then the alert comes up saying play wont work ( ALL MY OTHER DVDS WORK) I want a replacement sent or full refund credit..
