After a couple months the auto packing stopped working. At this point I have to keep restarting it to dump the dirt. It goes back and forth to sensing a cat that’s not there. Not happy with purchase.

Does not work, cat kept unplugging the device. It’s hard to use. It got filled up quickly and there wasn’t enough bags, the bags would get stuck, we would have to cut the bags and then retie them

The app is terrible and only syncs to my phone about 10% of the time. The bags don't seal like advertised and rip open way too easily. The first few weeks were definitely the best. It's been a battle since. It is always indicating that there's no trash bag when there is, that the bag is full when it's not and it's occupied when it's not.

This litter box sucks. It is constantly needing to be reset because it doesn’t detect the bag (brand new bag installed). The barrel is too small for full grown cats. The design has so many small crevices that litter gets into and it’s a pain to clean and you have to clean it or the trash compartment lid won’t close. When ordering new parts it takes at least 4 weeks to get them. You have to use specific trash bags and again wait time is atrocious. I tried this box because I initially thought the odor would be contained a lot easier and sealing bag was very appealing. But I will never purchase a product from this company again. There are lots of other designs on the market that are better and cheaper. I’m only writing a review because I don’t want someone to make the same mistake I did.

DON'T BUY! JUNK! Mine stopped working after 6 months. The "cat around" stayed on all the time and i couldn't do anything else with it. Even unplugging and having it try to reset didnt work. Customer service is no help and kicked it back to best buy. Its a manufacturer issue not where i bought it from.

This thing fails every other weekend. Do not spend your money its not safe at all. It has a million system errors it throws at me and currently its trying to autopack but its failing and not stopping trying so its just whirring and whirring. The bags are so thin they rip too and fall out of the trash box so you end up having to manually clean it anyway. I'd upload the video but the file is too large.

If you’re looking for a top-of-the-line cat litter box look no further this litter box will do more than any other litter box out there will do. It will literally seal the bag for you. All you have to do is open the drawer and wall pick it up and throw it away. It’s that simple! It will also tell you when your cat has been in the litter box and for how long it’s been in the litter box it will tell you how much the cat weighs. It’s so fantastic. I wouldn’t recommend any other litter box but this one I’ve been using this one for about three years now and my cats love it …in fact, mine won’t stay out of it.
