The agents assembled my chair with expertise and it didn't take them long to get it done.

The television is perfect, beautiful picture, great internet reception. The stand works great for an apartment dweller who didn’t want to put holes in the wall to mount in small bedroom. The assembly and installation werd quick and efficient.

The guys from the geek squad arrived at the time they stated they would. They were very careful to protect all the surroundings while putting together a fairly large cabinet. All was done in a very professional manner, and the young men were kind and friendly. They got the work completed in a timely manner. I was very pleased with their service and would use them again.

I bought a tv stand and couldn’t put it together so they came over and did it very quickly. Absolutely no complaints

Opened the box on a new tv stand and only took a second to realize I didn’t want to deal with the hassle. Lazy? Perhaps. Stressed? Perhaps. Willing to pay for someone else to build the new tv stand while I work on other projects in the house? Yup. The two man team showed up, had a brief and friendly conversation and got right to building. Friendly team who even put on shoe protectors to prevent harm to the wood floors. Team took less than a hour to assemble and clean up the work area. Would easily recommend and repeat customer for sure.

I ordered over the phone with salesperson she help me out to place my order I asked about will they put my tv on tv stand she said yes because I ordered with home service to assamble my tv stand any how when the person came to assemble my tv stand they said they don’t have a order to after assemble tv stand put tv on it . Because that’s not my fault I called customer service then I explained all of things she talked to guy and asked can you just put tv on tv stand mount he said ok he will be put on it but not gonna setup tv I said I will fix it he said to costumer service then he put my tv on my tv stand mount.thanks bust buy costumer service you helped me that time now I have my tv on tv mount I was not able to fix it even that not my fault but salesperson she didn’t give me a correct answer but still the realized that I was mistaken so they helped me out thanks again

They were excellent, worked with Ryan and his manager, Mo If it were not for them i would have given up on the replacement of my TV stand, they went above and beyond do make sure I received my replacement stand.

Tom from North Attleboro Mass store and Shannon from Warwick RI store were very very helpful, professional and efficient and both went out of their way to address our questions(many) and even came back next day to correct an issue that came up. Very friendly, and left contact number in case of additional questions. Love to have them back if i need geek service again!

The gentlemen who came to our house to install the television were very courteous and professional. They took great care in installing our items even though it took much longer than they had originally planned. They explained everything to us and took time to answer our concerns and work on problems we felt we had with the install. They were both amazing and deserve a bonus for their patience with us. They left our home taking all their tools and mess with them. We are very grateful for their time.

Johnny and Deanna from the Geek Squad were fabulous ! They were personable, skilled and work very well together. They left no mess and explained everything to me so that I was able to understand. I highly recommend this squad to everyone.

Professional , friendly , smart , and did such a excellent job in installing my wii , bluetooth , speakers and the assembly of the fireplace plus entertainment center . Was well worth the time for these two adorable young gentlemen to work on all of these electronics and my entertainment center . I WOULD RECOMMEND THE GEEK SQUAD AND THESE 2 GENTLEMEN ON DOING A EXCELLENT JOB .

The team that assembled the furniture and installed the television were fine. The problem is that Best Buy did not coordinate the pickup of the old television with the proper department. Their computers apparently don't talk to each other much. We had a Sony Vega 40" that needed to be hauled away. The Best Buy salesman did not contact the right people and so Geek Squad would not take it at first. We had to wait for two days with this old tv in the middle of the living room before they showed up.

I hope that whoever the Quality Assurance person who reads this is able to follow-up with the team that completed my furniture assembly. The guys were on time, they called me prior to their arrival, they were swift an efficient, and provided a complete solution for my issues. The also provided recommendations on how to enhance my products and services through Best Buy.

The geeks took about an hour to assemble my TV console which had come in many, many pieces. It would have taken me all day, and perhaps much frustration, to put it together myself. I note from other reviewers that it took them a long time too. It was definitely worth the extra fee to have it done quickly and correctly.

They did a fabulous job! They hooked everything up again after they were all finished. Very great job the did.
