Good movie. Best Buy did not have this item in stock at a local store. They shipped this ONE item to me at no cost.

The main character in this movie overcomes gender biases which are still prevalent in the U. S. Military; but through her personal integrity & perseverance, she achieved her goal of earning her place within the Navy’s Special Operations Community (Navy SEAL Teams), and her ability to perform under the pressures of combat, were tested early on during her first assignment with the Teams. This is a must see movie, that deals with the strength of the “human spirit,” and the desire for equality and respect, regardless of gender, race, or religion.

GI Jane is a high-speed story that was for the most past shot On-Location at various SEAL Training Facilities to include Coronado, California and Marco Island, Florida, and it is a fairly realistic portrayal the BUDS Seal Training. The story is both well-acted and directed and it is accompanied by both a “spirited” sound-track and realistic sound-effects. Both Moore and Mortensen are at the top-of-their-game and Ridley Scott tied the entire package together to produce a solid entertainment package. This “powerful” film will reach out and “touch” you!!

I love GI Jane has seen it three times already yes I would recommend it youth and adults unless the parents say otherwise that's what I would recommend .

This movie is good... this was a very good time to buy old movies during this pandemic,thanks to best buy and his employees that were still providing an excellent service, I was not only able to buy the movie but i received it so fast and it great condition, that makes me buy a few more. Thank you

Tough as nails Demi Moore. Great cast. Solid story very entertaining.

Demi Moore does a great job of acting, making it believable for a female to pass SEAL training. Viggo Mortensen is perfect in the role of Master Chief.

A great Action-Adventure movie. From 1997, a movie that explores whether a woman has the grit, the strength and the nerve to survive Navy SEAL training, with a bald Demi Moore sweating, swearing, smoking cigars and fighting in head-to-head combat to prove that she can.

Classic movie. Much better than the reviews from that time suggest. I think Demi was great and "Master Chief" was as well. Great support actor Morris Chestnut also adds zip!

Great performances that hold strong against time. Hadn't seen the film since its original release and feel it's held up wonderfully. Brilliant direction ( a given) and in depth performances by Demi Moore and Viggo Mortensen. Recommended.

Very strong female lead couldn't have been played by anyone better than Demi Moore. Powerful movie with a powerful message.

I have seen this movie before but couldn't remember where it was. So when I saw it on Best Buy's shelf I wanted to see it again! Great movie.

A must have in a movie collection. When the movie came out no females were allowed in the special forces. Now the first female graduate from ranger school. Demi Moore was a pioneer for women in this movie.

Found this in the under $10 section so had to have it. Nice blast of the past movie with great cast
