    I am very satisfied with this product. I did a lot of research online and talked with a best buy employee who was very familiar with the product. The product preforms exceptionally well and has greatly enhanced by ability to perform the tasks I need to complete.

    This product came used, it was not brand new the paperwork inside in the manual or crinkled and Torn. All the presets were all over the place also the box for the power supply had a hole in it. Quality Control has gone downhill.
