    This is a good mat – I really like the extra thickness as it is helpful for my knees when I am practicing yoga.

    My old yoga mat was standard thickness. My knees and tailbone would hurt during practice when they made contact with the ground. This mat raised me enough off the ground so that my yoga practices have been alot less painful.
