Bro I SWEAR I got this game for research purposes bro please hear me out that's all it was on god

This is the 5th preorder game in a Row i have recieved at the OLYMPIA STORE location whwre the games have consistently arrived damaged! The 5th time on preorders items! Not sure but everyone be aware that best buy has been shipping damaged preorded items to this location! Not sure who is responsible for this but this needs to stop! Not fair for customers who have to wait for arrival then travel to the store only to find out its damaged then have to wait more time for a new one to arrive with no guarantee it will be in better condition. Overall i showed up at the store today and the associate was like your not gonna be happy? I asked why? He said the game had a big deep cut to the spine. He comes back with the game and to my surprise its deeply cut and gashed out at the spine and damaged!!! I was upset and said this is the 5th time in a row!!! How do you guys think this is even ok even after seeing it first hand before my arrival!! Bestbuy check your products!!!!!!! UPSET!!!
