Game of Thrones, year after year, shows other "my favorite show of this season" shows why it is THE best show out there, even in it's absence as it films the next season. Strong characters, storytelling, scope and production, along with great acting, direction and exciting developments make this THE best show in the last few years, bar none. HBO also always delivers top notch video/audio discs on Blu-ray, with some insightful commentaries and extras, even if a small few extras are locked to retailer exclusive releases. Best buy handsomely presents this season with a Bolton House sigil slipcover, and while the Bolton name and sigil brings back shivering images, it most definitely goes well with the other slipcovers Best buy has presented since Season 1 and I own 5 unique ones (Targaryean, Stark, Lannister, Martell and now this). Fans need not convincing; newcomers WILL become fans. April 24th, come now!

Since The Complete First Season was released in 2012, I've forgone any other retailer bonuses for Best Buy's "House" packaging because of how well they stand out. Season Five changes that packaging formula a little bit, shifting from the look of a banner to somewhat of a gold leaf motif. I wasn't a fan when the designs were released but I've come around, since the effect is still the same: your friends will still pledge fealty to your House because of how well all your blu-rays display off their shelf, thus ensuring together they'll plot your eventual, bloody downfall. Though after four seasons I no longer considered myself a fan of the show, like most who watched and/or purchased these gorgeous sets I'm more firmly committed to getting them than Daenerys is to wasting precious screen time securing her reign of Westeros on yet another backwards isle that isn't Westeros.

Season 5 of GOT is totally epic! A must have for any GOT fan. I have bought every season on blu ray. It is the best show on cable. I always buy the special Best Buy sleeve with every season. Although this seasons sigil sleeve is very nice with the golden color it varies greatly from the previous seasons. But it is a small issue.

Game of Thrones was a breakout hit upon its arrival oh HBO in 2011. The series has hardly skipped a beat after 5 seasons. The show continues to be violent, witty, well-written and highly engrossing. Season 5's blu-ray looks and sounds every bit as good as the previous four seasons'.

I've been collecting these Best Buy Sigil packages since season 1. Never fail to dissapoint. I would've preferred a sigil colored background like previous seasons though. It would be cool to get in future seasons, a Stannis and Renly editions. Maybe a sigil for The Nights Watch.

Hey it's game of Thrones, what more can be said? I do wish that the house colors were used for the Bolton Edition, but overall a great purchase. Great acting, superb story and special effects. The additional content is worth a watch also.

For each season, so far, I've gotten one of Best Buy's exclusive slipcases...and while this one is a bit of a departure as far as style and design from the previous 4 seasons' offerings, it's still a great set.

This is by far the best show on television, extremely well acted, excellent writing & storyline, great effects, this show has it all,& the collector covers from best -buy are really nice!!! cant say enough!!

Anyone you has watched any of this show knows how addicting it is. Season 5 is no exception. Shocking events spaced nicely throughout the season to keep you wanting more...then of course a great ending.

You probably already know the show is amazing. If not then I don't recommend starting with season 5. Anyway, another stellar season and as always HBO's blu-ray's are impeccable. The slip-cover editions are interesting but kind of flimsy, but now that I have the steelbooks for seasons 1 and 2 that's the way I want every season to be presented. Hopefully someday.

I've been getting these exclusive covers since Season One. So glad they continue to put them out. I wish they had this particular cover in my local store but it was shipped quickly to me.

I will continue to buy these sets because I know the production value is solid. I really like that the sleeves change every season to represent the many Houses within the show.

Another year, another great season of Game Of Thrones. Loved watching this on bluray the PQ and Atmos sound track was amazing. Can't wait for season 6.

great sound and stunning video. this was my first GoT purchase w/ atmos and its fantastic. the picture quality is sharp. colors like dorne pop.

Always grab every season of Game of Thrones and this is another great one. Plus the exclusive Best Buy packaging is also an awesome bonus.

What more can you ask for? Having the best show on tv on blu Ray just makes it that much better. The extra features is just a added bonus.

If you've collected the Best Buy sigil collections up until now, know that this is a different material. I wouldn't say don't pick it up, but it's not the same as before. It's still a neat little detail for collectors, but outside of that, it's not worth the extra money.

One of the best shows on television. The extras are fantastic and add a lot of context for those who have not read the books.

Since we know the show is great I'll just talk about the special House Bolton packaging. It's a very cool design but if you've bought any of the previous Best Buy exclusive editions, you'll see a noticeable drop in the quality of the slipcover.
