Gotta LOVE GoT!! Great storylines, fantastic visual effects (just look at the dragons)!!!!!!

What more can I say about this show that hasn't been said already by countless other people? It is an incredibly show! The acting is incredible. Peter Dinklage has cemented himself as one of the greatest actors currently on television, and my personal favorite, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, is just amazing this season (except for a cringe inducing scene during episode 3). If you haven't watched this show yet, do yourself a favor and pick up all the seasons, you will be completely lost and confused if you try jumping in this far along in the series. It has everything you could possibly want in a show: Dragons, girls, blood, and The Hound!!!

Since this is the fourth season, I won't talk about plot. Everyone who is thinking about getting this has probably seen the first three seasons (unless you're giving this as a gift; lucky recipient!). So I'll just talk about the quality. Similar to the previous season sets, the fourth season's Blu-ray quality is great. Sound design and photography are excellent, immersive. HD picture and lossless audio are top-notch. If you are a fan of any family on the show, Best Buy offers packaging for each one. I have the Lannister Family box and it's a beautiful package. Too bad there isn't a way to get all customized artwork.

I like being able to choose the Lannister Lion package as I have with the most recent two seasons. Plenty of shocking moments again this season and it will still leave you wanting to see more. Some great characters, some good, some bad, some inbetween were lost this season, but there is so much left to discover surprisingly. I imagine some new characters will need to be introduced though because the ranks of the original cast are really thinning. This season changed up the Blu-ray packaging a little including only some DVD extra features instead of DVD copies of all the episodes, for better or worse.

When I read they were breaking the book into two seasons I already had high expectations, and this season certainly didn't fail to deliver. Not much else to say fans don't already know, but I will add that the caliber of the acting continue to impress me. Even the 'lesser' of the performances beat 95% of the hams on most broadcast TV. And the Bluray presentation, bonus materials and all, are what we have come to expect from these producers. Well done all around, can wait for the new season

Game of Thrones is by this point a true phenomenon. You probably know if you want this already or not, but if you're a newcomer, do not try to start this show in the middle. You really need to start from Season 1. For people who might have just missed Season 4, this is a fantastic season chock full of the normal GoT twists and turns. This season does begin to split from the books pretty dramatically, but the big points are the same and it doesn't detract from the show. Amazing television.

I love this show. A friend of mine loaned me the first season and I was hooked. I don't pay for any fancy dish or cable. Don't think its worth the price they want. So I have a super large collection of dvd's and bluray's So when I see a show like this. I got to own the whole set. This last one I bought was season four. I really looking forward to when I can buy season five. I recommend this show to anyone. And I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

I really appreciated the bonus disc exclusive to Best Buy, and the unique cover art was a selling point too. The picture and sound quality of the discs for GAME OF THRONES is always superb and this season was no exception. The show itself always delivers well. The Blu Rays supplement with great behind the scenes. I especially love the animated HISTORIES AND LORE bonus features. They are the best thing on the discs.

I don't subscribe to HBO, so I look forward to the release of each new box set. I won't reveal any story details here. I enjoyed the events and evolution of characters this season. The packaging is attractive and functional. I wish this edition also included dvd copies with the Blu-ray and HD Digital box set. If you are a Game of Thrones fan, you will want to add this box set to your collection!

I binge watched this season over 2 nights without sleep. Normally I can't get by without sleep but somehow for this it was possible! There are some great surprises here. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Perhaps interesting to note... Usually I only buy things that I will play more than once. I don't feel compelled to watch it again and again but I cannot afford HBO so I bought it.

Every year, I look forward to the coming season of Game of Thrones. This season did not disappoint, but instead offered me hours of delight, surprise endings & character development. The settings continue to intrigue my imagination, the plot narratives still fascinate me & my favorite heroes still entertain me with new struggles & victories. Well worth the money!

All the 4 seasons of Games of Thrones on Blu Ray discs are excellent. This 4th season set is also exceptionally great. The picture and sound quality is top notch. It also includes Digital copy of all the episodes. I got my set at Best Buy when it was on sale. Excellent price, better than anywhere else. I highly recommend this set. Enjoy.

We bought seasons 1-3 and watched them in about a month. When they finally real eased season 4 I finished that in a week. These episodes leave you on the edge of your seat wanting more. You simply can't stop watching. You fall in love with the characters, and you'll despise others. Be prepared for a fantastic show you'll be addicted to.

I'm currently reading the books then re-watching the show and decided to just go ahead and buy certain seasons. Even though there are noticeable deviations, especially by season 4, the show holds its own and still holds the spirit of the books. The production quality is top notch and the episodes are stunning to watch in HD.

If you have the misfortune of not having HBO or not knowing what game of thrones is this season is essential to watch. The only downside is they stopped putting the dvd in the combo pack. I like to have the dvd to loan to people who I'm afraid to let borrow the Blu-Rays. Besides that if you can find this at a deal get it.

This is the first tv show that I have ever owned on blu-ray. I absolutely love Game of Thrones and this season is fantastic! The blu-ray quality is worth spending the few extra dollars more to get this over dvd. I'm glad I bought this and I will definitely pre-order season 5 when it becomes available from Best Buy.

Yes, I'm addicted to GoT, and yes, I keep buying the new seasons as they come out. And yes, I realize at some point, there will be one whole boxed set on the newest media for every season. But I must have them now. At least I'm not buying each of the exclusive covers. That would just be... crazy.

The game is changing players (just like other seasons), since when you play the game of thrones you win or you die. This season is the exciting finale to the third book, Storm of Swords (the third season being the first half). I do wish they continued the Blu-Ray / DVD / Digital Copy editions though.

The Game of Thrones Blu Ray sets are all great. This set is not an exception. All episodes are really good and entertaining. The picture and sound are superb and the set comes with digital copies, which is a big plus. Can't wait for Season 7 next year. Highly Highly Recommended.

If you're a fan of the show, then buy the seasons on dvd! I was thrilled when season four was released. As a best buy exclusive there were several different cases to choose from, each with the crest of a different family (Starks, Lannisters, Targaryen, etc..). Would recommend.
