Addictive show not for kids must see tv series. I watched the whole series.

The last season of Game of Thrones was as surprising as many of the other seasons. It contained the internal battles between Houses, it led to the White Walkers who threatened the survival of all living folks, the Dragon Queen and Jon Snow become closer and Jon finds out about his parentage. There is a final battle with Cersie (sp) and the rest of the living and the conclusion of many stories resolved. i won't spoil the end but if you say that you watched the previous 6 seasons you won't want to miss the end.

I'm not going to go deep into how brilliant I think this series is. It's probably one of the top 5 most well crafted series of recent years (along with Breaking Bad, Peaky Blinders, Ozark etc.). The 4K version of this series proves to be of great quality - the blacks are darker and the whites of the tundra scenes really pop. I also love the audio (clanging of metal on metal and the dragon roars) are fantastic. If you can't wait a few years for an entire series boxed set, I highly recommend this product!

This was a great season in the Game of Thrones series. I really enjoyed seeing how all of the various plots and characters are coming together and setting up the final season. My only complaint is that it's only 7 episodes instead of the usual 10. There were a few episodes where the plot seemed a little rushed and I think they could have easily fleshed out some story lines by adding an episode or two.

As Game of Thrones has progressed we've seen the world expand introducing characters on different paths (and often killing quite a few off in the process). As the penultimate season we begin to see the world contract. Characters who have been separated for years are re-united while new relationships are formed. It's always tough as a story closes out to make the final steps of keep interest before the ending. Thankfully most of this season was entertaining if feeling somewhat truncated. The shortened season at times is a problem as you never feel the time elapse. But on the other side of that, what would be going on to make up that time? Avid watchers will be pleased even if there is a little too much fan service at times. Overall this is a strong season that gets you excited for the series finale.

This season of Game of Thrones gets criticized rightfully for accelerated pacing -- which was probably caused by two factors: 1) This is the first season totally without the net of any of George RR Martin's novels or writing to rely upon; and 2) HBO cut the number of episodes, probably due to the epic show's ever-escalating budget. However, this is Game of Thrones and it's still a great ride; it just requires a tad more suspension of belief than past seasons. (And that's saying something in a show with dragons and a zombie army.) On the technical side, presentation is fine -- the extras aren't anything to necessarily write home about, but the video and audio quality are excellent. I do recommend watching the extras with the histories of Westeros that are narrated by cast members.

Game of Thrones, Season 7, is actually Part 1 of the final season. It provides the set up for the big battle between the humans and the White Walkers from north of The Wall. The story finally brings together the King of the North and The Queen of Dragons for the first time. It sets the stage for Part 2 (Season 8) of the conclusion to a terrific HBO series.

This is the best of the 7 seasons of GoT. Best writing, best directing, best cinematography, best production and most of all the ensemble cast delivers the best acting seen in many years on the small screen. This series could easily transition to the big screen due to the epic nature of every single episode!

This show gets better and better with every season. This second to the last season does a phenomenal job of setting up the last season. The one complain can be that it is shorter than other seasons but everything present in other Game Of Thrones seasons is present here. A must have for all fans.

If you haven't heard or seen Game of Thrones...you need too! It's a wonderful series. Keeps you engrossed every season wanting more. It is Adult material (speaking as a parent) for sex, nudity and language. Me and my spouse both love this entire series. So happy Best Buy sells it.

This is the season that just prepares for the ultimate conclusion of this fantastic series. Can you believe it's been over 8 years already? This season was pretty good, of course it has it's faults, but mostly it's good, and it's a lot more than George Rail Road Martin has given us.

Best action combined with reduced R rated scenes make this the best season yet, The dragons take center stage too. Language is still to profane and disgusting for minors. The series done not benefit from such disgusting language, which is Like putting mouse poop in fresh brownies,

This was (unfortunately) the last great season of this show, IMHO. All the action, adventure and romance of the previous seasons with a consistent telling of the core plot elements leading up to the much anticipated final season, which didn't really deliver for me.

GoT in Bluray - can’t wait for the final season. As with previous seasons, Season 7 includes plenty of extras and, of course, the broadcast episodes in lustrous 1080P. Excellent for binge watching to get ready for the final season or to watch favorite moments from season 7.

No need to write a review of GOT for GOT fans. I suppose, though, that I may be one of the few who buys DVD's these days, but I prefer hard copies. And like all of the DVD Blu-ray GOT releases thus far, this season is no different. It's awesome!

If you are a fan of Game Of Thrones, you have to purchase the dvd. I don't subscribe to HBO, so I purchase and watch the dvd. I will view it with the subtitles on and catch all of the dialogue that I might have missed because of all the action.

This season of Game of Thrones is one of the best. There are less than 10 episodes, but still worth the price of admission. So many great scenes and characters meeting for the first time. There's a reason why this show is so loved by people.

Game of Thrones has been an interesting show. I've only seen the first 3 seasons but I now own up to season 7 so I will be beige watching these for a while. Bestbuy had an awesome deal on this one. The blueray disk combo was only 29.99

The first 5 seasons were great! Game of Thrones is an excellent show. Ask others about it if you’re considering watching it but are still on the fence. Season 6, from what I understand was the first full departure from the books because George R R Martin had only completed 5 books. The last three seasons were done with his blessing and guidance but either there’s no reason to write them now, because everyone will know how they end, or he needs to depart from the show which will make for great storytelling, but will make seasons 6 through 8 obsolete. Season 7 continues the story from 6, but was only 7 episodes long. All other seasons were 10. I didn’t like that a Full Season on HBO is less than network tv’s half season of 13, but I lived with it. Season 7 is mostly the battles the first 6 seasons were building up to... but not! The last episode leaves you on a cliffhanger towards what is most likely the final battle. The episodes are long and drawn out, I started to fall asleep to them. I doubt I’ll get Season 8 until its been a few years, and I can find it in the bargain bins. I haven’t watched this show on anything other than newly packaged DVDs, I’ve watched the first 6 seasons only twice before buying season 7. I’ll probably watch them a third time before season 8 so I’ll know what was going on by the time I buy it. Season 7 didn’t make me “need” to see season 8.

Having enjoyed all the seasons, this one was a bit dark. It takes you down some different paths - leading where you feel is the ultimate battle coming. Excellent to relive this journey again in suspense for the final chapters.
