I love this show and find the characters to be well written and the actors/actresses make you care for them like no other show. The picture is crisp on blu ray and the sound is amazing. I love the Best Buy packaging; however, it is the same as the previous seasons. Luckily I hadn't picked up the Stark one on the first season.

HBO has made a show that is a respectable portrayal of the amazing books. They did an excellent job of casting and with George RR Martin's contributions has made it the best fantasy on cable. It's my favorite show - after seeing the first few episodes, yes the show first- we've read all the books and cannot wait for more.

I love this series and I love that Best Buy has continued to produce the House Sigil covers for this series. I finally have all of the initial ones offered and I hope to see new houses next year and continue this tradition. This show is fantastic and rivals the best of Hollywood in writing, visuals and overall quality.

As a fan of the books and someone who doesn't have HBO, I look forward to getting this every year as a Valentine's gift from my wife. The story and characters are engaging and each episode builds upon the previous one. You have to pay attention, but the payoff is a rich drama that can be revisited again and again.

We had seen several hit series, like Deadwood, Spartacus, Oz, and Carnivale. By far, this is the best series ever made. Characters, plots and magic are combined wonderfully. You would learn to like some characters and eagerly follow them, especially some good bad guys. Love this series. Would give a perfect 10.

Each season gets better and better. Season three was chills, spills non stop action. The cast and crew did an exceptional job. I had very little knowledge of the actors in this series when I started watching, other than a very few exceptions. The all are great! Do not miss Episode 9 and the red wedding!

The game of thrones is one of the better shows I have seen come from cable, since I don't have cable I need to buy the show . The show has a little fantasy ,war ,kings some spying, Deception , dragons , giants it's a hole lot of fun and very well made and it has won a few awards. It's good TV

'Game of Thrones' is one of the rare shows that has not disappointed with each passing season. It is such an captivating story. The special effects are movie quality. The cast is superb. And this Best Buy exclusive packaging set goes nicely with the previous two seasons' Best Buy exclusives.

The third season of Game of Thrones picks up steam right where season two left off. The stakes are higher and the characters go from bad to worse. The depiction of the Red Wedding is gut-wrenching; leaving a taste on your mouth that will only leave you salivating for season 4 to begin.

Game of Thrones is another great series to come from HBO. It has something for almost everyone, family drama, feuds, violence,wars, dragons & witches. The only problem is that the season is too short & the wait for the new season too long. The dvds will have to hold me over till April.

Overall another excellent season. I have very few complaints. My main one would be the variance from the written story, but I can forgive a fair bit of that due to the transition from one medium to another. They have made some changes but as far as I'm concerned they work just fine.

Good follow-up to the other stories. Nice case presentation pictures. I like the multi stories to follow it's done where you can keep track of what's going on. I don't ill that if you don't watch the whole disc and come back later you have to fast forward to where you want to be.

after getting the series with the special picture but, that was all it was a picture on the front like the old saying don't judge a book by it's cover. paid more for the collectors addition but, it was just the same as getting one without the picture nothing extra in the series

Like the previous two seasons before, this season of Game of Thrones shocks and entertains. Moreover, the special features are amazing. You can explore the world the series takes place in (both the book/tv) and learn more on the characters backstories while watching an episode.

I absolutely love this series!!!! I first bought the first two on Black Friday, and ever since have been waiting for this season to come out!! The plot is great and I love the story. A must have for anyone that likes The Lord of the Rings, or any medieval movie. Great product.

Third season is the best season yet, every episode catches you by surprise and you can't wait for the next. Spent a whole day in jammys and curled up on the couch watching this season. So addictive. Love the stark cover, but it was the only reason I bought this from best buy.

Another Excellent season from the people at HBO. As far as the product itself, I only have a DVD player, and it's a little disappointing that all features are strictly being administered to the Blu-Ray aspect of the item, but such is the way of the Movie formatting industry

Season 3 of Game of Thrones has the most jaw-dropping moments thus far in the series. Once you get to the end, you'll know. This release is beautifully mastered, the deleted/extended scenes are amazing, and I look forward to digging in to the featurettes in the near future.

Great show, doesn't always follow the books, but close enough to keep the most hardened book type interested. The views are stark (no pun intended) and vivid. The characters are well fleshed out, so you feel what they feel, not just some shadow with a name attached.

This is the only show I watch with subtitles running. Sometimes, not always, it's hard to catch bits of dialogue, due to an actor's accent. Since the price for the DVDs tends to be pricey, I recommend buying it the first week of release when it's discounted.
