I enjoyed this very much. I got it because it was really cheap but it was a fun watch. I enjoy vlassic Godzilla movies more but this was definitely worth the money I paid for it.

Don't get me wrong. I love Godzilla but it was fun to see something different. Most of the movie is cheesy but it's still fun to watch and some of the special effects are pretty good. I didn't love it enough to watch the sequel yet which was included so it's a great value. Maybe someday I'll watch it.

Gamera the universal guardian is a fire breathing, fireball throwing, flying turtle that kicks monster butt. If your into sci-fi action. This is your movie. Look out Godzilla, there is a new hero in town.

For whatever reason I thought this was one of the earlier Gamera movies. This one is from the 90's, I think. It is still worth a chuckle and I have fun watching it with my 6 year old daughter.

These reactivations of the classic rubber-suit Japanese horror/science-fiction films are well made and actually worth more than a single viewing. Given the price, well-worth checking out.

Story was a little confusing and could tell that it was a cheap production. The second film was of better quality and I enjoyed it.

The recent Gamera remakes are good, but some of the charm is missing that was present in the older films.

VERY disappointed! NO subtitles in English, all Japanese On first movie, never could get English. On second movie, finally got English after adjusting remote "audio"

Gamera is like the off-brand version of Godzilla. Despite that, TOHO, the company that owns the rights to Godzilla, bought the rights to Gamera and came out with this trilogy. I found these Gamera movies to be MUCH better than the original Gamera movie series. If you are a fan of the Godzilla movies, from the 1990's and 2000's, I think you owe it to yourself to check this trilogy out too. Though, I would recommend getting the box set version, as this one does not contain the third movie in this trilogy.
