Customer Ratings & Reviews

Excellent performance from your Xbox to your PC. The package includes many accessories– a dock, a case, extra sticks, a long (unfortunately, not braided) cable, extra faceplate option, a keychain and unfortunate stick toppers that slip off far too easily to be helpful. The software works well whether you're using the controller on Xbox or PC. The update process could use a bit of work, as I'm sure plenty of people are updating only half of the package. You need to have the controller set to dongle mode, open the app, update...BUT this only updates the dongle! To update the controller afterwards, you need to plug in the controller with the mode switch in the center, open app and update. Could use work. Once that's squared away you have plenty of options to tinker with should you choose. You can remap buttons, lock diagonal inputs on the D-pad, adjust stick resolution (bit depth), switch from circular or raw stick modes, adjust deadzones, recenter the sticks, etc. Performance on the controller is great with one huge exception—the D-pad!!! While buttons (front and back), sticks and build quality are solid, the D-pad leaves a lot to be desired. I appreciate the micro-switches used but, whether you're on the older rattly/wobbly pad or newer firmer revision... It's not great. You may find one side feels stiff, one side has too much travel, one has too little travel, etc. I have multiple variations of the G7 Pro / G7 Pro 8k and I hope for a successor that one day brings the D-pad into 8bitdo, ZD, Flydigi or Xbox Series territory. I wouldn't recommend for games you're likely to need crisp directional inputs. That aside you're getting JS16 TMR sticks which score well in linearity and are reliable. Everything feels as it should and you never feel like you're fighting with the controller. Every input is snappy and precise. The micro-switch buttons are crisp and require just enough force, you never feel fatigued or like you've accidentally pressed a button you didn't mean to. The 2 back buttons are tactile and the controller features a nicely textured rubberized grip. Despite my preferred layout being 4 back paddles with the 2 extra shoulder buttons, so few controllers offer it and the ones that do should often be avoided (looking at you Wolverine and Raiju). I've come to really enjoy the 2+2 (top and back). If you're looking at this for PC use primarily, get the 8k model instead as it has even better TMR sticks– widely considered the best on the market right now (JS13 Pro). However, if you're in search of a controller that's wireless on Xbox, features trigger rumble, is highly customizable, then this could be your next buy. I have 2 of this model alone and don't even know anything about Zenless Zone Zero. If you really want to save an extra few dollars you could opt for the less aesthetically pleasing Wuchang package and achieve similar performance.

I play everyday on PC and occasionally on Xbox one. Nothing wrong with my Xbox elite 2 just needed a 2nd controller, I like this one just as much, got this model because it connects wirelessly to my Xbox. The other models have to wired. Best controller you can get for the price in my opinion

This controller has everything you need, TMR Sticks for longevity without Stick Drift, plenty of customizable stick covers and an additional face plate that come in the box. The controller has two back paddles and two additional top bumpers that can be mapped any way you'd like. Has little switches on the back to turn your triggers into a mouse click. The controller box was larger than I expected and has an awesome design ive never seen from any other controller company with several drawers containing all of the individual pieces you can use. If you're a big competitive player or looking for a super customizable controller to add to your collection, this is a definite recommendation.

Is honestly a standout piece of gaming hardware, blending performance and personality in a way that few controllers manage. Built with drift-resistant TMR sticks and Hall Effect triggers, it delivers incredibly smooth and accurate control, while its 1000Hz polling rate ensures near-instant responsiveness that makes every input feel sharp and competitive-ready. On top of that, the controller offers tons of customization—from remappable buttons to swappable faceplates—so you can fine-tune it exactly to your playstyle. What really sets it apart, though, is the Zenless Zone Zero theme, giving it a bold, translucent design with unique in-game-inspired details that make it feel just as premium visually as it does in your hands. Altogether, it’s not just a controller—it’s a high-performance, visually striking upgrade that elevates both your gameplay and your setup.

The controller is so satisfying the mouse click trigger and buttons. They hit it out of the park with this controller. The extras included are cool, but this controller really shines during gameplay!

For a moment I regretted spending so much on the controller, but once I tried it and saw everything it included I knew it was worth every dollar, 10/10

The feels of the clicky buttons are so nice and premium for the price.

Probably my favorite controller that I've ever used, it's aesthetically pleasing and Thematically great, it's Lore Accurate to ZZZ, hair triggers are great

It's an amazing controller with TMR joysticks, and being wireless on Xbox, it’s a huge improvement over the White/Amber red G7 Pros.

i think it’s nice in lots of aspects & my fiance says its one of the best & should last for years but the only thing i dont like is the audio is much lower on this controller vs other ones & you cant make it higher than it is .

After my Xbox Elute breaking after minimal use I took a chance on Gamesir and almost exclusively use it now moving forward. This controller has multiple faceplates, lots of accessories and feels great. Buttons are very responsive and I love the mouse clock feel. I own 8 Gemsorr controllers and would reccoment them to anyone. Much better than first party controllers.

Ive owned this controller for a few months now and I've been very pleased with it. The problem is that I may end up dropping it for another controller. The positives: The buttons are clicky and responsive- mostly. *See below* The sticks feel great. The design is fantastic. Small Problems: I cannot for the life of me get this controller to turn on my Xbox Series X. Ive flashed the firmware on the dock and controller per the Discord channel and it'll work for that very first time afterwards. Then nothing. Big Problem: Over the last two weeks, the A and X button have begun to intermittently stick. Ive tried cleaning around the outside of the buttons with 90% alcohol but no luck. This has become a problem for a lot of games I play and the reason I may move onto a different controller. Nitpicks: The weight. I love the Elite controllers due to their weight. They feel like a solid, premium product. This controller feel almost lighter than a stock Series X controller, which in itself feels like cheap plastic. Overall I would still recommend this product to someone that is looking for a new device. Despite the problems I've encountered, these are pretty popular and I understamd why. I think I happened to have gotten a dud.

I mainly game on PC so this doesn’t speak for the Xbox side of things. However the controller is super easy to connect to my PC, feels really responsive. It came in this very cool package and came with a lot of goodies for ZZZ. The faceplates were easy to change out and overall it’s very neat and cool controller if you are a fan of ZZZ. Which was the main reason of my purchase, otherwise I reckon the original version works fine.

Zenless Zero Edition this is my 2nd controller from Gamesir had to get the wireless edition. I love the sticks no stick drift. Will never buy another xbox elite controller. The price is good and doesn't break the bank. You can get the wired for around $70 The buttons are super clicky and thats a plus. Also I like how you can basically swap anything on the controller.

As someone who has always used the standard xbox controller, this is a major step up in performance. The buttons not only feel premium, but they are also highly responsive, ensuring that you get constant exceptional response time. The joysticks are another notable feature that make this controller stand out, as they too provide great performance, such as fast response times and even low dead zones configurations to make the most out of the controller’s capabilities. Among the controllers features are the other things that come with it such as the panels and joysticks that allow for good customization. I’ve yet to have an issue with the controller and I don’t think I’ll have one because of the quality build. Overall, I highly recommend this controller.

Great controller for the price. I been using the Microsoft elite for years but they don't last long anymore and getting hard to find at a good price. So i decided to try this. So far works great. I think the hair triggers works better. I only thing is that you have to charge it more often then the elite. I could go an week on one charge on the elit, this one every two or three days i have to charge it. Thats playing about 3 to 4 hours a day. But thats no big deal for me and it charge pretty fast. Comes with different size thumbs sticks and extra clear face plates and accessories. Easily to connect to your xbox plug and play. There an app for you to download on pc or xbox you can update the firmware and set it up the way you like. So far im i like this a little more than the elite and you get more for the money. Hopefully it will last as long or longer then the elite. Time will tell!

Just... Just get it. If you're on the fence at all let me assure you that this thing is gold. It feels great, responds beautifully, has perfect weight and feel - and the clickiness of the micro optical switches is absolutely satisfying. True using the dongle for wireless feels like a step backward but having the dongle connect in the controller dock makes it a near non-existent inconvenience. The box it comes in makes you feel like you've gotten a truly top shelf piece of equipment, and luckily for us, it is top shelf. The only functional complaint I have is that the rumble motors sometimes feel too intense, but seriously it's such a minor thing I stopped noticing a few hours after using it. If you couldn't tell, I strongly recommend it.

I gifted this controller to my son and he LOVES it. It looks really nice with the black covers. He says it feels great to use and lasts a long while.

This replaced my old SN 30 Pro 2. I've never had a controller with micro clicky face buttons before but this feels so much better than any of my other controllers besides the Dualsense Edge. The additional shoulder buttons took some getting used to but I love them now. My one gripe is that it's smaller and doesn't fill out my hands the way the Edge does. Not a deal breaker though. Otherwise, it's perfect.

Very happy with the ergonomics and amout of customization this controller offers, and for the price i think its the best one. Will be interested in seeing how long it lasts.
