They were professional, courteous, and made sure the unit was working properly. The work area was clean of any parts or packaging.

It Works

Best Buy sent the installation team out to replace it. The replacement garage disposal works great. Thanks Best Buy for standing by the product you sold, and the installation.

Garbage Disposal Installation - 2 Service Calls

The part that fits inside the sink was not installed flush with the bottom of the sink, which caused standing water in the sink. The install team had to come out a 2nd time to re-install the entire disposal. They did a great job the 2nd time, so am satisfied.

How it went

First off they were not only on time but even a few minutes early. They introduced themselves and got right to work. Installed the disposal, cleaned up any mess left behind kindly handed me the instructions guide and then walked me through how to use it! Asked that I complete a survey if I had time. Well I found the time and I am happy to share that the install went smooth.
