Garden State was slow and border lined on being boring. I was really surprised, because critics had praised it. If you like his other stuff I don't recommend this movie.

There is nothing like it, let it fill that void

Based on how it was filmed when it was first released, there is little difference between the DVD and Bluray, but it still has a big improvement. It's a must for your collection regardless.
