A Great Classic 90's Cartoon - I Only Wish They Made It On Blu-Ray

Gargoyles was one of the last truly unique and amazing pieces of animation and work for the Disney Afternoon. This is NOT a standard cartoon for little kids. This series is dark, moody and sometimes scary. But the most amazing thing is exactly the tone of the world and story. The characters are amazing and we'll developed. My favourite is of course Goliath, such talented voice actors and animators. This is one of those gems of animation, completely unique for it's time for Disney Afternoon. I want to say more but you have to watch it to appreciate such a great masterpiece.

I was glad to see the first and second seasons of this show had been released to start with, but I was further impressed by the price and quality. (I've seen other TV series released that were of poorer quality on DVD than they were on television). I bought this as a Christmas present for my younger brother and he loved it. He wasn't aware it had been released and was glad to be able to watch it again.

I remember the first time I saw a gargoyles I was in awe, watch this and you'll understand. Adults and children will enjoy the story and characters plus action and mythology!

Just like i remember it. Binged it in a day and it was great. I hope they come out with season 2 in one package.

This is just an amazing show! Certainly not the standard Disney cartoon of the 90s!
