I got this home and to plan my trip was easy. The only thing I do not like is the maps. The streets are not always listed as the right street name if they have been changed in the past year. Even with updates. There is plenty of space for future map updates. So I would give this one a 4.5.

This 55 model does more than I will ever need it to. I bought it because of the sharp screen resolution and the audio output. Gives weather and traffic and you can add many other apps, too. Go with this model and you will not be disappointed.

Love my new Garmin. I had an older Garmin. knew it was time to up grade. Trusted Garmin. Bought 2020 version. So easy to understand. Most of the work done for you. So happy with my purchase! Even new bonuses that made driving and knowing surroundings easier.

Purchased this as a gift for my Mom. Helped her get it installed in her vehicle okay. Found out there are too many steps to download and install the latest software. Most convenient features require connecting to a cell phone via Bluetooth. The screen is small enough to fit out of sight in the glove box for easy storage.

I took my computer into Best Buy and the Geek Manager, Anthony, worked on the problems himself. He installed a new virus protection program into my computer. I could not have got more assistance. I am pleased with the operation of the computer.

I bought this Garmin to replace my old GPS. This one works great. I took it on a recent trip and it works great. The voice recognition and the rest of the functionality are great. I wish the instructions were made to better understand.

The battery has a very short life.lllllllll;llllllll

excellent easy to use interface. lots more f data, particularly enjoy the history function. Could be a little quicker to give turn directions but not terribly slow

i HAVE ALWAYS LOKED GARMIN GPS THIS PARTICULAT MODEL IS KAID OUT SREAT

This is perfect. It works and when my Dad called while I was just getting in the car....my phone auto transferred to the Garmin and was able to catch up. The updates were easily done and my wife also finds it easy to use.

It does everything it is supposed to and more than I expected.

Have not had this very long, but seems to do the trick in the few times it has been used. While charging, the indicator is not visible at all times making it difficult to see when it is fully charged, unless I am doing something wrong. Cannot give it a complete evaluation until it has been used more.

This thing is a life saver!! Took it across country and it worked like a dream. Didn’t get lost. Gave me upcoming cities & it was perfect. Won’t travel without this ever again.

Was able to load a map of Europe to it and will be using it in our travels overseas this fall. Have used it locally in the US. Love the way it shows you in a separate area the next steps of your journey and how it drives along with you in the exit lane so you know you're in the correct lane and are prepared for the next step. Also glad I dont have to use my cell phone data locally.

Double the price of our old GPS which we gave to my daughter. The traffic update which warns of slowdowns and the red light camera warning with sound has been pretty useful, though.

I hate using same device for everything. ie: music, GPS, etc. Works good still. If I need another, I will buy it again. I like just plugging it in and it is separate from vehicle and phones. Wish routing map was better to adjust route.

I like the way my machines are set up but sometimes after I have set the washer and go back after it is supposedly finished, it does not seem to have worked at all. So I set it over again and then it is better. I think I must call the repair people

The features are outstanding for this price range. Nice and bright during the day. If using a GPS versus your smartphone this is definitely a great choice.
